Suluhishmla kwanza ilitakiwa serikali ihakikishe magari ya umma (dala dala) ziwe na hadhi y mtu kupanda amevaa suti bila bugudha. we jaribu kupanda gari ya mbagala pale posta mpya au kivukoni jioni uone balaa lake.

Tegeta mpaka Morroco, zote zinapanuliwa kwa phases na patapokuwa na ma flyover ni sehemu nyingi tu, lakini lakini kama anavyosema Magufuli "kuchaguwa ni kupanga". Isitoshe kuna mradi wa Daraja la Kigamboni na barabara mpya kuania huko itayolizunguka jiji (ring road). Usifikiri huu ni mradi wa siku mbili tatu, inakadiriwa kuwa utakwisha mwaka 2030 (miaka 18 kuanzia sasa) ni mambo ya muda mrefu lakini inabidi yaanzie mahali fulani na ndiyo yameanza kama uonavyo.

Kuhusu JICA kutengeneza fedha, hilo halina tatizo mradi wanafanya kazi zinazoridhisha na hawamuibii mtu.

Nimepita barabara kuu karibu zote isipokuwa Iringa - Dodoma, Dar - Mtwara-Lindi, Tunduma-Sumbawanga na Kondoa - Babati zilizobaki zote nimezipita tangu enzi zile tunazunguukia Nairobi kama unatokea Mwanza au tunapitia Kampala-kisumu- Nairobi - Dar kama unatokea Bukoba hivyo Jk barabara anazojenga ni zile za kurudishia tabaka la lami mfano Magu - Musoma, Iringa - Mafinga na hiyo inayoanzia Makambako kwenda Njombe ambayo inaanza hivi punde (nayo ni kurudishia lami zilizopo zote ni enzi ya Chinga boy yeye akaja kumalizia isipokuwa hiyo ya Iringa - Dodoma. Kwa Dar pale Kilwa road mkandarasi kimeo mpaka balozi wa Japan akaingilia kati imebidi mkandarasi airudie. Mkuu Mokerema kuna tatizo hapa kwenye hii morogoro road na mradi mzima wa Dar Rapid Transit (DART). Kuna watu wanasema kwa kiswahili kuwa ni mradi wa magari yaendayo KASI lakini ukweli ni kwamba ni mradi wa magari yaendayo HARAKA. Nadhani hapo utaona tofauti ya rapid na speed. Naambiwa speed ya magari hayo itakuwa si zaidi ya 30km/hr ila yatakuwa yanaenda kwa wakati. wa ughaibuni mnalijua hili.

Who told you my only source is Magufuli? peruse the posts a fore you might learn a bit, you will notice a link or two and if you are not lazy to follow them, you'll emerge with a bit extra knowledge.

zomba kuweka record sawa: 11,154 - 6,000 = 5,154. Hizi ndio 5,154km ndio zimekamilika wakati wa awamu ya JK. Nimetumia neno "kukamilika" maana miradi mingi ya barabara ilikuwa tayari imeshaanza wakati wa Mkapa, na kama tuengeendelea na muundo ule ule wa Mkapa tungekuwa mbali sana.

Road fund ilikuwa inafanya vizuri sana, ndio maana hatukuwa tunasikia makandarasi wakisitisha kazi kwa sababu madeni. Tulikuwa na uwezo wa ndani tofauti na sasa amapo hela za nje ndio nyingi. Kwa bahati mbaya wizara hii inayohusika na ujenzi wa barabara ikaenda, kwanza na Andrew Chenge na baadae kwa Shukuru Kawambwa. Wote wawili hakuwa na ubunifu au uwezo wa Magufuli na hapa ndipo mambo yalianza kuharibika maana gharama za ujenzi ziliongezeka mara 3 (cost/km)! na ubora wa kazi ukashuka.

Kwa sasa tunaanza ku-pick up lakini madeni yameathiri kwa kiasi kikubwa kasi ya ujenzi.

Sio kwa makusudi unajua hapa nafanya vitu vingi vingi kwa wakati mmoja nilivyoingia kwenye mtandao wa TANROAD nikaenda direct kwenye completed projects. Lakini ukiangalia ON GOING PROJECT utaona hapo miradi mingi inatakiwa iishe kati ya 2012-2014 lakini ukiangalia upande wa utekelezaji wa mradi unaona miradi mingi imetekelezwa chini ya 30% na mingine bado ipo kwenye hatua ya mobilisation (nadhani ni mobilisation of construction materials and other issues related with construction kwa maana nyingine miradi hii itamaliziwa awamu nyingine kwani mpaka waanze kujenga sijui lini wakati miradi ilitakiwa iishe mwaka huu mwishoni kwa baadhi ya miradi). Kwa ujumla kazi inakwenda vizuri ila awau inayofuta sidhani kama itajenga barabara nyingi kwani miradi ambayo ipo under procurement ni michache
