    Juzi usiku nimeona kwenye kituo kimoja cha TV serikali yetu ikitangaza mpango wa kujenga barabara nyingine ya kiwango cha lami itakayokuwa sambamba na ile iliyopo kutoka Segera hadi Tanga, hivyo basi moja itakuwa ina kwenda nyingine inarudi (double roads).

    Serikali imesema inafanya hivyo kuepusha ajali nyingi zinazotokea katika barabara hiyo, na mradi huo utaanza hivi karibuni , utafanywa kwa awamu na utagharimu Tshs bilioni nne.

    1.Jamani hizo hela kwanini zisiende kujenga barabara huko madongo kwinama ambako hakuna barabara za lami na hizo za vumbi zinahali mbaya kabisa?

    2.Eti wanazuia ajali watu wasife!, mbona huko madongo kwinama watu wanakufa kwa kukosa usafiri wa kuwapeleka mahosipitliani kwa sababu barabara hazipitiki! nani atwasemea wananchi hao wanaoishi kama wakimbizi ktk ncnhi yao?

    3. Mbona mazao ya wakulima yanaozea mashambani kwakukosa usafiri kutokana na ubovu wa barabara, hili serikali haliihusu?

    4. Yaani wanataka kutuambia hiyo barabara ndiyo chanzo kikuu cha vifo vya watanzania kikiasi kwamba ndiyo inastahili kutengewa fungu hilo kubwa wakati kiukweli haihitaji hilo fungu!?

    5 Au kwakuwa pia ni njia ya kwenda kwa Mkulu wa kaya!

    Jamani mimi naona nchi yetu ni kweli inahitaji miundo mbinu, lakini ni kwenye maeneo yanayo stahili, hii ikoje? ahh......... nchi yetu "inanajisiwa"! na watu wajinga kabisa ambao ni viongozi wetu.

    Hayo si ndio maendeleo tunayoyataka? Kwa kuwa hatuna uwezo wa kujenga kila mahali kwa wakati mmoja, ni vema kuwa na vipaumbele. Mimi naamini kiuchumi barabara hiyo itazalisha zaidi na kujenga uwezow a kujenga barabara nyingine za huko madongo kuinama... si kwamba huko madongo kuinama si muhimu, lakini ni upangaji wa vipaumbele tu

    Baada ya hapo barabara nne Segera-Namanga, ikifuatiwa na ile ya Ubungo - Mbeya, halafu Mororogo - Mwanza.

    Bilioni nne barabara hiyo ya mabox? Hata hivyo nadhani habari haijakaa sawa waliochosema wanapanua barabara ya Chalinze Segera. Kupanua sio lazima iwe dual carriage ile barabara ni nyembamba sana hivyo wanaongeza mapana yake tu.

    Kama ni dual carriage inahitajita zaidi baina ya Dar - Chalinze kwani hapo traffic ni kubwa mno na ajali nyingi zinatokea mitaa hiyo.

    Mungu wangu, inawezekana mpango ni mwema lakini mmh.....naona hiyo ni sawa na mheshimiwa aliyesema kumlundikia mtoto mmoja majinguo wakati mwingine anatembea wazi....sasa kipi kinatangulia hapo, zile barabara za juu za tazara na ubungo au chalinze-segera-tanga?

    Uko sahihi Masatu,

    Wanachofanya hapo kati ya Chalinze hadi Segera ni kwamba, wanapanua barabara sehemu zenye milima ili kuongeza lane moja kwa ajili ya magari makubwa kwa kuwa huwa yanakwenda mwendo mdogo milimani, ili kuyapisha magari madogo!

    Kwa kifupi kinachofanyika ni kama walivyojenga kati ya Chalinze mpaka Mikumi...wanatengeneza "overtaking lanes" kwenye milima na kona!

    mpango wa kujenga barabara..njia nne hadi segera sio mbaya...lakini sio priority kwa sasa..kwani tatizo kubwa lipo barabara ya chalinze hadi kimara mwisho...

    magari yanakuja kwa njia mbili yanajilundika yote kimara hadi mbezi...sasa yakija kwa njia mbili yatakuwa yakijilundika pale chalinze ..na kufanya safari ya kutoka chalinze hadi jijini kuwa ngumu.....umeona wapi mpango wa kujenga barabara njia nne unaazia kijijini kuja jijini.....we are creating another probem for God SAKE...

    nAOMBA rais aongee na hao wafadhili[scandinavian]..hawa ndio walijenga ubungo hadi kimara....[double] wahamishie huo mradi kwenye ku convert kimara -chalinze to double road!!

    Kwa nini wasifikirie kwanza kuboresha barabara za dar kupunguza msongamano ambao unadidimiza uchumi. Halafu kwa kufanya hivyo wakapata mapato zaidi ya kuinua barabara za vijijini? Hivi wakuu wenye data Dar es Salaam inachangia asilimia ngapi kwenye pato la taifa

    Mimi naona hizi ni campaign tu za kisiasa kuelekea 2010. Hatukatai upanuzi wa barabara hiyo, lakini naamini kabisa kuna sehemu za kupewa kipaumbele. Barabara ni mbovu sana mikoani. Sioni kwanini tukapanue njia inayopitika tena isiyo na traffic kubwa, na tukaacha kutengeneza njia ambazo hazipitiki na ni muhimu. Juzi tumesikia msafara wa Pinda umekwama mara kibao huko Rukwa kwa ubovu wa barabara. Rukwa wanazalisha sana mahindi na mazao mengine. Huko ndio kupewe kipaumbele. Njia ya Segera - Tanga ni nzuri tu. Sioni tatizo lake hata kidogo.
