7 Dont's after a Meal

1. Don't smoke- Experiment from experts proves that smoking a cigarette after meal is comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes (chances of cancer is higher).



2. Don't eat fruits immediately - Immediately eating fruits after meals will cause stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore take fruit 1-2 hr after meal or 1hr before meal.


3. Don't drink tea - Because tea leaves contain a high content of acid. This substance will cause the Protein content in the food we consume to be hardened thus difficult to digest.


4. Don't loosen your belt - Loosening the belt after a meal will easily cause the intestine to be twisted & blocked.


5. Don't bathe - Bathing will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs & body thus the amount of blood around the stomach will therefore decrease. This will weaken the digestive system in our stomach.


6. Don't walk about - People always say that after a meal walk a hundred steps and you will live till 99. In actual fact this is not true. Walking will cause the digestive system to be unable to absorb the nutrition
from the food we intake.


7. Don't sleep immediately - The food we intake will not be able to digest properly. Thus will lead to gastric & infection in our intestine.

Hapo namba 2: kutokula matunda immediately mara baada ya kula; nadhani kama upo safarini na ukaingia hotelini, kama umetengewa chakula pamoja na matunda, sidhani kama utasubiri saa 1; kama ndivyo hivyo itabidi kuachana nayo.

1Kuvuta Sigara baada kwisha kula si jambo zuri. Majaribio kutoka kwa wataalam inathibitisha kwamba uvutaji sigara baada ya mlo ni kulinganishwa na uvutaji sigara 10 upo uwezekana na wa kupata Maradhi (nafasi ya kansa ni ya juu).




2. Usile matunda mara moja - Mara baada ya kwisha kula matunda baada ya chakula itaweza kusababisha tumbo kuvimba kuwa na hewa. Kwa hiyo inapendeza kula matunda baada ya saa1-2 kula chakula au kabla ya saa 1 kula chakula.




3. Usinywe chai - baada ya kula chakula kizito tumboni Kwa sababu majani ya chai hujumuisha maudhui ya juu ya Asidi. Dutu hii itakuwa na kusababisha maudhui Protini katika chakula tunacho kula kuwa ni kigumu hivyo inakuwa ni vigumu kulainisha tumbo .




4. usiulegeze mkanda wako wa kiunoni. ukiulegeza mkanda wako wa kiunoni baada ya kwisha kula, Kutasababisha matumbo mapana ya tumboni kukaza zaidi jihadhari na hiyo. Legeza mkanda uliovaa kiunoni kabla ya kula sio baada ya kwisha kula.



5. Usioge baada ya kwisha kula tafadhali. UKioga baada kwisha kula utaweza kusababisha ongezeko la mtiririko wa damu kwa mikono, miguu na mwili hivyo kiasi cha damu kuzunguka tumbo hiyo kupungua. Hii kudhoofisha mfumo wa utumbo katika Matumbo yetu.




6. Usitembee baada ya kwisha kula chakula kizito - Watu daima husema kwamba baada ya mlo kutembea hatua mia na utaishi mpaka 99. Katika hali halisi hii si kweli. Kutembea itakuwa na kusababisha mfumo wa mmeng'enyo kuwa hawawezi kunyonya lishe
kutoka chakula cha sisi tuanacho kula.




7.baada ya kwisha usilala wakati huo huo haipendezi kabisa. - chakula ulichokula ukilala kwa huo wakati huo tumbo lako hakitalainisha hicho chakula. Hivyo itasababisha maradhi katika mfuko wa utumbo wa chakula & maambukizi katika utumbo yetu.

[/QUOTE]Chai asubuhi waweza kunywa pamoja na chakula ila ikiwa una mazoea ya kula chakula asubuhi chakula kizito kwa mfano ugali au wali kisha ndio unywe chai hapo hairuhusiwi lakini kama unakunywa chai pamoja na mkate waweza kunywa chai haina madhara mkuu ndetichia
