I really didn't want to get into this but that is the story.

Ku-be written off haimanishi ATCL ku-loose... dege lina BIMA am I right?

    Not everywhere politics applies...

If technically is beyond repair... it cost much to repair than to go and purchase/hire another aircraft?
I repeat NOT POLITICS as you want us to believe!!!

You can not see things without taking politics into consideration. The last time somebody said something about Cost benefit analysis we bought A320 which we are going lose soon too, built 3 houses for about 3 million USD, and paid Dowans 30 million dollars to ship generators which we are about buy them for 60 million dollars!!

So, lets take politics out of it.. when discussing about the issue, but let politics continue to rule when doing it.. well can't do it. You look without politics I'll do my way.

Are you sure the cost benefit analysis was done with proper due diligence ?

It is a concept easier said than done.

What if it was done; will that change anything?

yeah yeah yeah.. so lets just agree to write it off and get paid.. and buy a new one.. and lets maintain the status quo. I agree.

    Sawa mkuu,

Though as far as I know ATCL have qualified engineer(s), accountant(s) etc... who will be in a good position to do cost benefit analysis etc. and make decision...

This should be internal to ATCL not even to government... and not even supposed to be a JF discussions.

I know.. ndio wale wale ambao hawakusikilizwa kwenye Dash 8, A360!

Sorry to disappoint it, as long as they get money from Tanzanian people.. they are a fair game. So, wewe kaa pembeni sisi wengine tutazikatta issue bila kuwaomba radhi au kuomba kibali.
