ATCL kurejea angani Ijumaa!!!

    SHRIKA la Ndege la Air Tanzania (ATCL), limejipanga kurudisha safari zake kuanzia Ijumaa hii na kuahidi kujikita katika safari za ndani na kimataifa.
    Akizungumza na waandishi wa habari katika ofisi za makao makuu ya shirika hilo jijini Dar es Salaam jana, Kaimu Mkurugenzi Mtendaji wa ATCL, Kapteni Milton Lazaro, alisema shirika lake limeanza kutekeleza mpango wa maendeleo utakaosaidia kuboresha utoaji huduma pamoja na upanuzi wa safari zake.
    “Tumejipanga kurejesha huduma zetu Ijumaa hii huku tukiwa tumepanga kuongeza safari nyingine katika mkakati wetu wa kuhakikisha kuwa tunafika maeneo mengi nchini.
    “Tutaanza na safari ya Dar es Salaam-Mwanza-Kilimanjaro kabla ya kuanzisha safari ya Dar es Salaam-Arusha-Zanzibar itakayozinduliwa Novemba 2.
    “Tunawashukuru wateja wetu kwa kuwa nasi katika kipindi hiki kigumu tuliposimamisha huduma zetu na tunaahidi kuwapatia huduma bora na za kipekee kipindi tutakapoanza safari,” alisema Lazaro.
    Lazaro aliongeza kuwa, shirika hilo lina mpango wa kuzindua safari ya Dar es Salaam-Mtwara itakayoanza Novemba 16, kwa kutumia ndege ya Dash 8-300 iliyokuwa katika matengenezo baada ya kuhusika kwenye ajali kipindi kifupi kilichopita.
    “Changamoto kubwa sasa ni kujikita katika urejeshaji wa heshima ya shirika. Tumejipanga kununua ndege mbili mpya, ili kupanua huduma zetu na wakati mwingine tutaingia ubia na mashirika makubwa ya ndege, ili kuongeza safari zetu,” aliongeza.
    Akizungumzia usitishwaji wa mkataba kati ya Kampuni ya ATCL na kampuni ya Aero Vista Agosti ambayo iliwakodisha ndege aina ya Boeing 737-500, Lusajo alisema mazungumzo kati ya kampuni hizo mbili yanaendelea na kusema wanategemea kufikia makubaliano muda si mrefu.

    Biashara iendeshwe na wafanya biashara! Hakuna sababu ya kwanini tusiwe na ndege za nchi hii! wapange na wapangue, wanaowajibika na wenye uwezo wa kuendesha shirika la ndege wafanye hivyo.

    Gharama za kuendesha ATCL ni kubwa sana! Miaka 50 ya uhuru ATCL wanakodi ndege!! na ile Airbus mkangafu mliokodi uko wapi? Tufanye cost-benefit analysis! Pay Back period! Return of investment(ROI) kama vp hili shirika tulipige chini tuu! halina tija wala faida ni mzigo kwa taifa! ni source ya ufisadi na mafisadi!

    Vipi kuhusu territory yenu ya Tabora mkikaa ovyo itachukuliwa na makampuni mengine. Uwanja utakuwa tayari for use in late November 2012.

    At long last mnataka kuonesha dalili za kurudi angani. Kikubwa zaidi ya kutoa huduma uwepo wenu angani huwa unasaidia sana ku-adjust bei za usafiri wa ndege za haya mashirika binafsi. Hii ni fursa yako Bw Lussajo kumsafisha binamu yako Mwakyembe maana wengine tuliamini kuwa amekuweka kishkaji, shutuma ambazo utaweza kuziondoa kwa kufanya kazi nzuri..

    Ila kuendesha shirika la ndege ni gharama kubwa na inahitaji mtaji wa uhakika ambao kwa hii serikali DHAIFU kamwe haitakuja kuupata. Ushauri wangu mjaribu kuunganisha mtaji na local investors in ku boost mtaji na mkishaanza kupata faida mje kwenye public tuingize vihela vyetu hapo kulipa mtaji shirika. Wenzenu KQ wana ndege zaidi ya 70 lakini hata watu binafsi wana hisa pale

    ATCL wana challenges kama tatu hivi:
    1. wanaweza vipi kupata management isiyofungamana na wanasiasa
    2. kujua internal weaknesses (maana hakuna strength pale)
    3. kufikiria substitutes za kibiashara kama connections huku wakiangalia competitors wao kama precision, KQ, Rwandair, Air Uganda, 540 nk.

    Kwa vile ni vigumu kupangua hayo matatizo ni bora wangejipambanua kama kampuni ndogo tu ya domestic charter na maeneo ya jirani (aina ya TANZANAIR) kwa miaka mitano hivi then watakuwa wamejua how to fly further and beyond boarders

    Mipumbavu inalihujumu shirika hili ili kuipa nafasi Precisionair nafasi ya kufanya biashara.

    Lazima Tuwe na National Flag Airline hata iweje,kama hatuwezi biashara moja kwa moja wause share kwa makampuni makubwa au hata Precission kama tumeshindwa kabisa!!

    Ni ushauri tu, kama wakitaka ATCL iendelee, ile board of directors isiwe na watu wenye comflict of interests? Yaani utakuta members baadhi ni members wa 540, Precision Air na hata KQ, unategemea hilo shirika litaendelea? Si ni kuliua tu? Na wafanyakazi kibao kwenye ndege moja wala siyo tija wala sifa. Hata kama Precision Air ni private enterprise, niliwadiscredit nilipoona ndege moja (Hata kama ni Boeing 737) ina wafanyakazi kama nane au kumi hivi. Watatu au wanne wanagawa refreshments, watatu wanatoa maelekezo na wawili marubani na yule binti mmoja anatangaza na kuwahudumia marubani, WA NINI WOTE HAWA? watatu wangetosha tu including marubani, air hostess mmoja afanye yote. Route ndefu kuliko zote hapa Tz ni Dar- Mz direct, muda ni saa moja na nusu maximum. Wafanyakazi wengi wa nini wakati hawaongezi efficiency?

    No wonder nauli inakuwa juu ili kufidia mzigo wa wafanyakazi. Na hii nadhani inatokana na "yule ni mtoto wa mjomba, yule ni mpwa, yule ni shemeji yake na bibi yake na mama yangu". Full of corruption!!!! Kama itaendelea kuwa kama ilivyokuwa, wala msitegemee mabadiliko. Itakuwa ni ku pump in money kwenye shirika uselessly!!!!

    Mkuu mtotowamjini, hawa jamaa(ATCL) ndege zao sio safi kama PA, lakini tatizo ni kwamba PA hawajali kabisa muda, yaani ni kero mkuu, plus upotevu wa vitu...kama kweli ATCL watakuwa wamejipanga inawezekana tikaikimbia kabisa hii PA.

    Tatizo la precision wana monopoly, unajua biashara bila Ushindani haiwagi nzuri, precision huduma zao zinaboronga kwa sababu hawana ushindani lakini sioni atcl kua better kwa sababu nao wataweka waswahili huko kutakua na uswahili mtupu. So huduma zote zitakua mbovu bt angalau PA inakufikisha unakoenda

    Rejeeni tu lakini hamnipandishi ATCL mimi never on earth hata kama nina dharura, potelea mbali! ATCL ni mbovu na haiaminiki kama CCM tu!
