    Kama unajuwa majibu msaidie, si vyema kumwambia mtu aachie ngazi. Ni kweli inawezekana kazi kapata katika mazingira mazuri tu (yasiyo na ubabaishaji wenye rushwa na kubebana). kwahiyo mshauri mtu kulingana na anavyoomba yeye HATA kama hujapenda/hujapendezwa na anavyopresent issue yake. msaidie WOS na si umfukuze...otherwise tabia yako ni ya kufukuza? sorry!

    ndugu yangu..hebu angalia juu..utaona post ya pili ni yangu na nimemuuliza maswali kistaarabu kwa lengo la kumsaidia... nadala ya kuonyesha ushirikiano..hebu ona alijibu nini.... na ndio nikamwambia kama anajiona anafaa kwa hiyo kazi ni vema aendelea ila kama siyo basi ni afadhali akaachana nayo.Wapi nimekosea au kumfukuza...

    Hapa jamii kuna matatizo makubwa huyo anayejiita accountant kweli ni kihiyo,katika swali nililomwuliza WomenofSubstance actually nulimpatia jibu. Afanye ABC ya accounting ambayo unaanza na simple days sales record book and make those simple entries kabla ya kufunga kazi unajumlisha na kumpatia supervisor wako! Yaani kweli mhasibu unashindwa kurekodi transaction mnazofanya kwenye huo mradi kuanzia asubuhi saa mbili mpaka unapokwenda zako Mbagala kulala! Hakuna alilyetoa matusi ila tumeonyesha ulinganyo uliopo kuanzia wanapokuwa shule hadi kupewa vyeti feki. The end justifies the means!

Bila shaka hapo utaona kazi za kila siku.Pili mtafute aliyekuwa anafanya kazi hapo kabla yako, ongea naye vizuri tu atakuelekeza na bila shaka kuna -hand over note ameacha/ya kukubidhi ofisi. Kama ipo nayo ni mahali pa kukusaidia

    pole na kazi. Mimi sio accountant lakini naweza kukusaidia kiasi fulani kwa uelewa wangu.
    1. Kwanza nakuomba uondoe dhana potofu ya kukabidhiwa kitengo kwa kukomolewa, we call that a challenging job, ina maana sasa unapata nafasi ya kujifunza vitu vipya kazini kwako. It is up to you to call a glass half empty or half full of water...
    2. Kwa upande wa accounts, mimi ninavyoelewa (wahasibu mtanisahihisha ikibidi) accountant kazi yake ni "to capture and record all transactions, operations, activities and other developments that have financial consequences". Hivyo wewe kama accountant, regardless of nature of the project, hizo ni kazi utahitaji kuzifanya kwa upande wa ndani ya kampuni.
    3. Kwa upande wa nje ya kampuni utatakiwa kuangalia zaidi mambo ya compliance..... hapo wewe utaelewa vema zaidi mkuu kuliko hata mimi nisikutafunie vibaya.
    Mwisho wa siku, chapa kazi inavyotakiwa. unaweza kuni-pm tukaeleweshana zaidi maana hata mimi naamini naweza kujifunza mengi kutoka kwako.

    Kuna tofauti kwa Java programmer kushindwa kuandika code na kuyaelewa majukumu ya Java programmer kwenye nafasi aliyoajiriwa. Vile vile expectations zinatofautiana kati ya kampuni na kampuni, na kuna learning curve mtu anapobadilisha nafasi au kampuni.
