    Nilikuwa nasumbuliwa na kukosa hamu ya kula kwa muda mrefu, na kupata haja kubwa ambayo ilikuwa inafanana na ile ya mbuzi nilijiexpose hapa JF na nikapata ushauri tofauti tofauti wapo walionijoke (Mf. ni dalili kuwa unageuka kuwa mbuzi) walifurahisha thread na mimi sikuhudhika na michango yao .
    wapo walionishauri niende hospitali, kutumia juisi ya ukweju, kunywa maji mengi na mengineyo.

    katika utekelezaji nilianza na kwenda Hospitali nikapewa dawa za minyoo na vidonge vya vitamini B baada ya kuvitumia nikakaa miezi miwili lakini sikuweza kufanikiwa nikaamua kutumia njia nyingine niliyoshauriwa ya kunywa maji mengi, nikaanza kunywa maji kwa ratiba hii
    kabla ya kupiga mswaki asubuhi ninapoamka 1/4 lita, baada ya kupata kifungua kinywa 1/2 lita, chakula cha mchana 1/2 lita, na chakula cha usiku 1/2 lita, utaratibu huu unaniletea mafanikio kwani sasa najisikia njaa tofauti na mwanzo ambapo nilikuwa naamua kujilazisha kula ili niishi.
    Kunywa maji kwa kiasi hicho kuna nisaidia ingawa trip za toilet zimeongezeka.

    Safi sana mkulu natumai wote waliyochangia katika hilo watakuwa wamefarijika kwa kule tu kufata mawazo yao.umefanya jambo la ki ungwana sana.
