Are prior paces of constitution review showing a positive promises?

This is because the time set by the Commission to collect views from people is too short compered to the necessity of the opinion collections and the structure of the citizens in Tanzania. with that time set, it is not easy to reach many people hence get their views. in my opinion there is no need to rush instead it is better to set enough time in order to reach every one for his/ her views hence people`s constitution will be constructed and not rulers constitution.
Tanzanians needs people constitution not leaders constitution. i mean people( poor) centered constitution.
