Are africans children?

I was just wondering 10 million eastafricans are facing imminent starvation,where were all these leaders ? Why can't Africans plan ahead? I thought that era of the starving African child was over. Should the so called aid be stopped to shame our African leaders and just let the people die?when will our leaders learn?

Hata hivyo as much as the government has to play its part
you also have to look at the Tanzanian people them selves...
Kweli hatuna nidham in most of our every day activities...
i.e planning, kazi, akiba, utumiaji wa pesa.... NDIO matatizo Mengi
yamechangiwa na serkali - ila sasa imefika wakati wakujiangalia hata
wananchi wenyewe....
