    Wakuu, hii si news lakini ni news;

    Kuna udhaifu mkubwa sana hapa nadhani katika wizara ya miundombinu wa namna ya kuendesha hizi ferries na time management achilia mbali priorities za nguvukazi hapa ferry

    Kwa upande wa bandari, naona wameanza tabia ya kuruhusu meli zipite prime hours kama saa moja asubuhi nk. bila kujali kwamba huo ni muda wa kazi na watumishi wanaoishi kigambo wanateseka wakipisha meli ipite... jambo ambalo lingeweza kufanyika hata alfajiri au usiku wa manane... cost ya huu uzembe inaweza kuzidi mamilioni kwa dakika kwani inachelewesha vivuko, inachelewesha watendaji na kwa hesabu za harakharaka ni zaidi ya laki moja wanaovuka asubuhi

    Ukija kivukoni, jamaa ndio hamnazo, kwanza wanasubiri gari zijae ndio wawashe kivuko cha pili, halafu wameanza kupokea vijisenti vya kufanya baadhi ya gari kuwa premium kwa hiyo zisipange poleni

    Ukija kwenye daraja, naona huko sasa imekua another ATC... hakuna tena anayezungumza... cha kushangaza ni kwamba kuna vigogo wa wizara humohumo ambao wao hupita ki-VIP na kusahau kwamba zile foleni ni mazao ya kazi zao pungufu

    Watu wazuiwa kuendelea na ujenzi lakini hakuna kinachoendelea, tumeingia kwenye siasa na kusahau maendeleo

    Mwisho ni kwamba mbunge yeye naona ameamua kunenepa tu na kuacha wananchi wake

    surely this is another crisis in the making

    Mchagga, kumbe mko wengi!!! sikujua kwamba hata hilo unahitaji mkoba...
    kwa wizara nadhani waajiri competent staff na wawape training za logistics, customer service na umuhimu wa ile channel ya mawasiliano. kikubwa zaidi waache kuajiri vibarua ila wawe na permanent staffs... ulinzi wa pale bado ni walakini hivyo wa-review utaratibu wao

    kumbuka kwamba zile ferries zina engine nne, nne lakini utakuta wakati wa rush hour mtu anawasha mbili na power ya kivuko inapungua delays zinatokea au hata sometimes kuna nahodha mmoja yeye huwa anaenjoy namna watu wanavyopanga ile misururu

    kuhusu bandari, ni lazima wareview hizo schedule za kuruhusu meli

    kuhusu daraja, its four year now, wanapitia mikataba, wanarekebisha, wanapitia, wanarekebisha, wanapitia, wanarekebisha... enough is enough!!! wafanye kazi maana tunajua kwamba ule mradi wa ferry unawanufaisha watu pale..

    au mpaka watu waje waseme jinsi yale mapipa yaliyo nyuma ya wakusanya tiketi yana kazi gani humu? unajua nani anakusanya yale mabao? ni kama kashfa ya trafik wanaopewa zile pikipiki... WATANZANIA TUAMKE NA KUSUKUMA MAENDELEO

    ni kweli kabisa... the economic value and potential za kigamboni zinategemea sana efficiency na success za ferries... ndio blood vessels za kigamboni, kwa bahati mbaya watanzania wengi hatuoni mambo kwa style hiyo, huwa tunasubiri wanasiasa waanze kelele ndio tugundue matatizo yetu

    Kigamboni is unique but very far behind is full potential

    ushauri ni kwamba ile ferry iendeshwe kwa ubia kwani waliopo sasa wengi wao ni wabadhirifu na pia ni temporary staffs hasa ukizingatia kwamba kile ni chombo muhimu sana

    wabadilishe system ya kukata ticket na waweke independent monitoring system ya matumizi ya mafuta

    watumie mpango wa trip schedules na sio wa sasa ambapo nahodha au kiongozi anayekuwepo anachangia ferries kwenda kasi au taratibu kutokana na "hesabu" a siku na tamaa/ubinadamu
