Wakuu nilipost thread kule kwenye jamii intelligence naona imefinywa.

Nairobi seems to be more investor friendly than Dar.

Dar umeme tu mbinde for years, utataka watu waje kuweka ofisi zao viyoyozi full time?

Issue ni umeme tu, haiwezekani mkategemea investors wanaokuja kwa ajili ya tax holiday pekeyake, watu wako focused wanataka wapige kazi wapate faida huku wakilipa kodi. Si tutaendelea kupokea wasanii. Ila NRB SIO MBALI

Nairobi is now one of the most prominent cities in Africa politically and financially.[SUP][8][/SUP] Home to thousands of Kenyan businesses and over 100 major international companies and organisations, including the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and the main coordinating and headquarters for the UN in Africa & Middle East, the United Nations Office in Nairobi (UNON), Nairobi is an established hub for business and culture. The Nairobi Stock Exchange (NSE) is one of the largest in Africa and second oldest exchange. It is ranked 4th in terms of trading volume and capable of making 10 million trades a day.[SUP][9][/SUP] The Globalization and World Cities Study Group and Network (GaWC) defines Nairobi as a prominent social centre.[SUP][citation neededNairobi - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia][/SUP]

Kenyans are so aggressive in attracting foreign investors. Furthermore, Obama is purpoted to be one of top Al Jazeera share holders. It's not astonishing that they have decided to station their Swahili TV channel in Nairobi.
