    Kampuni moja ijulikanayo kama Kingsway International au maarufu kama American Garden inaajiri wafanyakazi bila mkataba wowote, na wakati wowote inafukuza wafanyakazi bila kufuata sheria ya kazi ya nchi. Lakini vilevile inawakata mishahara kwa madai kwamba ni michango ya hifadhi ya jamii, lakini wafanyakazi hawajahi kujaza form ya mfuko wowote wa hifadhi ya jamii. Vilevile inalipa mshahara bila salary slip, mfanyakazi hajui ni kiasi gani kimepelekwa TRA kama kodi. Je, huu SI uvunjaji wa sheria za nchi? Wanajukwaa tunaomba ushauri wenu.

    Hao wanaoajiriwa wanaelimu ya kiwango gani? maana hayo yote ni balaa, ila hayo ni mambo ya kawaida Tz, waajiri wengi wanatake advantage ya umaskini wetu, uaga na kadhalika, ukihoji unatimuliwa kazi...............halafu mkataba si mpaka uandikwe, kitendo chaa kuwa kazini ,unafanya kazi na mwajiri anakupa haki zako kama mfanyakazi na kadhalika unahaki za kudai haki zako icase of anything

    hapo kweli kuna uvunjfu wa sheria lakn kama alivyosema mkuu aliyetangulia japo mkataba n muhm bado unauwezo wa kudai haki zako ikiwa tu mwajili amekufanyisha kazi kwa mda nadhan wa zaid ya miez mitatu mfululizo. Maana sheria inamchukulia m2 yeyote kuwa ameajiliwa ikiwa atafanya kaz kwa mwajil mmoja zaid ya miez mitatu unless awe dayworker ambaye analipwa daily na pale anapofanya kaz tu.
    Sasa ikiwa m2 mpaka makato ya penshen anakatwa huyu n mwajiriwa na ana haki ya kudai haki zake ikiwa anahz zmevunjwa kama mfanyakaz mwingne yeyote. Lakn pia wakumbuke kujsajl kwenye vyama vya wafanyakaz kwan unaponymwa hak zako watakusaidia.

    Ajira siyo lazima iwe kwa mkataba wa maandishi. Inaweza kuwa kwa mdomo. The good thing ni kuwa kama terms haziko clear then terms impled in the labour laws zitatumika kama likizo, pensheni.

    Wafanyakazi wakifukuzwa waende CMA.
