    Sikutegemea kwa kampuni kubwa kama Airtel kuwa wazembe na wasumbufu namna hii. Unapopiga simu kutaka kurenew Line unaambiwa nunua Line mpya halafu hakikisha una kitambulisho chako ulichosajilia simu au namba tano za watu uliowapigia mara ya mwisho au kasha la line iliyopotea au kuibiwa. Kama unavyo vitu hivyo piga 0 ili kupata msaada kutoka huduma kwa wateja au nenda kwa mawakala wetu. Ukipiga sasa hiyo sifuri unaambiwa uende tena kwa mawakala hata ukiwaomba vipi hawakubali! Jamani Airtel huu ni usumbufu na kibiashara mmefeli kusatisfy mahitaji ya wateja wenu. Si ustaarabu kwa kampuni kubwa kama hiyo kufanya ujinga huo unaoendelea, Hebu fanyeni mambo kisomi!

    Utaumiza kichwa na kampuni zisizokuwa na good customer care.....wao hawajali wateja wao ila wanajali pesa zao tu mbona matatizo hayo yapo mitandao yote tu ila yanazidiana kwa kiasi fulani tu. Mi nafikiri bado kunahitajika ushindani zaidi wa makampuni ya simu Tanzania na hapo heshima itwakuwepo. TTCL linakaribia kujifia kwa upuuzi kama huo wa Airtel...
