Mini sidhani kama huu ugonjwa ni kwa kampuni moja. Shida hapa iko kwa mamlaka simamizi. Mkataba wa huduma ni makaratasi tu na maelezo mengi lkn usimamizi haupo. Niliwahi kutuma fedha kwa tiGO Pesa msg ikaingia nusu kule kwa recepient. Wakala akasema hawezi kumpa fedha bila reference which is logical. Nikaamua kupiga simu customer care, loh! Simu inaita dkk 20 mpk inakata. Nilipiga siku 5 wapi, hakuna aliyepokea. Baada ya wiki ile fedha ikarudishwa kwenye akaunti yangu.

Mimi nalaumu tume za udhibiti wa viwango vya huduma. Haya matatizo si mapya, na naamini hata Mkurugenzi wa TCRA anaweza akawa ameshawahi kukumbwa na kadhia kama yako, lkn kwa kufahamu hulka zetu najua atakachokuwa amefanya ni kununua na nyingine.
 
TCRA nao wamelala fofofo, ni kwel airtel wanaboa sana, mimi moderm yao nimeweka kabatini, ni useless kabisa, wamekula pesa yangu bure na ukiwatafuta hewani huwapati, its not fair kabisa

Ndugu.nilinunua modem yao ya 60000 ile ya mwanzo,nikanunua 400mb bundle ya mwezi,ikadumu kwa siku 20 hivi na matumizi yalikuwa kila siku,baada ya hiyo bundle kuisha nikanunua nyingine kama hiyo,hata masaa matano haikufikisha,nilivyowapigia wakanirudishia mb zangu,nilivyonunua tena ikawa siku haifiki mb 400 zimeisha,nilivyojaribu kuwapigia hawapatikani,wanakwambia kuongea na huduma kwa wateja bonyeza 0 ukibonyeza simu inakata,ikabidi niiweke modem kwenye sanduku,haki anani nilitaka kuitupa kwa jinsi hawa jamaa wanavyotufisidi,haina maana kuwa nayo.nikaanza kwenda internet cafe,Uchumi ukawa hauniruhusu,nikaa bila kutumia internet kwa almost nusu mwaka,then nikanunua simu ya nokia n73,nilivyojaribu kununua bando ya 400mb ikadumu siku ishirini huku zimebaki mb100,sim yangu ikawa ina hitifatu kidogo upande wa software,wkt naishughurikia nikazijaribu zile mb100 zilizobaki kwenye ile modem,aisee ndani ya 30minutes zikawa zimeisha,nikawaandikia msg lkn sikujibiwa.Nilicho amua nikutotumia modem bali nitatumia simu kwa sababu over 90% ya vitu ninavyohitaji kutoka internet navipata,na pia tunaenda sawa 400mb naweza kuzitumia mwezi mzima tena 2500/= tu,so hawa jamaa angalau kwa simu wako fair,i dont know why?lakini kwa modem ni wezi.you can opt for an original phone with good internet capability and enough internal memory,kama unavyoona am writting you from my phone,if modem is so important to you,then maybe we have to wait for things to get better but as for nows we are at the worst situation,if not then opt for that alternative.cheers

Hakuna ukweli kuhusu free internet. Unapewa kiasi kile unachotumia
 
Kiukweli airtel inasumbua sana...kila wkati inadisconnect yenyewe tu...mara haipatikani, ukiipata tooo slow..yaani inabore sana...zantel ilikua nzuri ila nao wameamua kupunguza gb kutoka 2 mpaka moja kwa week sasa huo si wizi!! kwa ufupi internet nchi hii ni shida sana

leo nimejaribu kuwapigia tena nikabahatika kumpata dada anaitwa Elizabeth akaniambia eti mbona imeunganishwa tayari tuma neno internet kwenda 232 itakuwa tayari.
nimefanya hivyo na kila handset nitayo tumia inasema handset yako hai support automatic configuration !!!!
nimetumia simu zote za jamaa zangu kuanzia nokia kawaida mpaka smartphone lakini jawabu ni hio hio simu hazi support

bado nawataka airtel wawe wakweli na technology yao , kumhangaisha mteja mara fanya hivi mara vile ni ubabaishaaji
 
Jamii Forum wanafanyanao biashara bila matatizo na ki ukweli wanapata sana promo kupitia JF cos member wa JF ni wengi, najua JF wana interest na hawa Airtel lakini naamini hasa wana interest na sisi member wao kwahiyo nao wana nafasi ya kutasaidia katika haya malalamiko/usumbufu tunaoupata kutoka airtel
 
Mimi nilinunua modem ile ya mwanzo ya sh 60,000/-. Nilikutana na tatizo la kugoma kuwa "detected". Nikarudisha kwa wakala akahangaika nayo siku 2, lakini tatizo liliendelea. Nilijaribu kutumia PC tofauti tofauti na laini tofauti tofauti kutoka kwa rafiki zangu,tatizo liliendelea. Nikaandika barua pepe china kwa watengenezaji kuwaeleza tatizo, wakashauri nifunge kwa muda firewall na antivirus wakati wa kufanya installation,lakini haikusaidia. Nikawaandikia help desk ya airtel, wakasema wamegundua laini ninayotumia haina hela, nikawaambia nimejaribu laini nyingi zenye vifurushi na zinatumika kwa modem nyingine, wakasema niwatumie namba za simu ninayotumia kwa mawasiliano watanipigia kunishauri zaidi. Nikagundua ni ubabaishaji. Sasa ipo kabatini na haijafanya kazi toka niliponunua.
 
Du mmenifumbua macho kweli. Nilitaka kuchukua hiyo ya promotion, mmmh hapa napiga breki. Asanteni wadau kwa kuokoa vi madafu vyangu. Pia naungana na wengine kuwa chombo husika cha kusimamia kipo likizo isiyo na ukomo. Poor Tz

Tcra tafadhali ingilieni suala hili la airtel. Tunanunua bundle ya wiki lakini hakuna huduma wiki nzima. Huu ni wizi na mimi nina mpango wa kufungua rb ya wizi wa kuaminiwa kwa airtel ninaomba tcra muwe mashaidi kwa upande wangu kuhusu teknohama.
