    Nimekuwa nikipiga simu ya huduma kwa wateja tangu mwezi december mwaka jana kutoa malalamiko juu ya uduni wa huduma ya internet ya blackberry. Mara zote nimekuwa nikiahidiwa kuwa suala langu linashughulikiwa. Hapo awali ilipokuwa ikiitwa Zain huduma ya BIS ilikuwa ni nzuri na yenye speed, lakini switching on to airtel kumekuwa na malalmiko mengi na marafiki zangu na ndugu zangu wamekuwa kipata tatizo ninalolipata. Airtel wamekuwa wakinipigia kujaribu kutatua tatizo na nilifarijika nilipopokea message inayosema "Dear Customer,our internet and blackberry services are up.The Seacom problem has been resolved.Sorry for any inconveniences caused.Thank you" Ukweli ni kwamba hawa jamaa wanatuibia! Unapotoza mteja kwa huduma na ukawa hujampa huduma husika ni jukumu la mtoa huduma kumfidia mteja. Message ya kuwa tatizo limetatuliwa haisaidii kitu! Ni sawa na kumwambia mtu "bahati mbaya" huku kukiwa hakuna juhudi za kuzuia bahati mbaya nyingine kutokea. Swali kwanini Airtel watangaze wana huduma ya 3G lakini watuambie kuwa tufanye settings kwenye simu zetu tuweke 2G? Gharama tunayolipia inaenda sawa na huduma wanayotupatia? Kama si sawa kuna njia yoyote wanachukua kuweza kutufidia? Je sheria za mawasiliano zinasema nini kwenye hili? My take. Kwakuwa hatupati huduma tunayoilipia na tunatozwa kama tunapata huduma inavyotakiwa kutolewa basi tunaibiwa!

    Biashara siku hizi si kubembelezana wamekuboa hamia kwingine pesa yako yanini kupata taabu kuna zantel, voda, tigo, ttcl shida iko wapi bana hama tu wasikubabaishe hao zain aka airtel

    Siyo huduma ya blackberry tu ambayo inasumbua,sasa hivi hata sisi tunaotumia modem zao tunalia ile mbaya, maana wanaiba GB zetu a hawaturudishii ,kwa sasa mtandao wao umekuwa slow sana yaani kero tupu.

    Wanasema ukitoa taarifa unafidiwa mimi nimetoa taarifa si chini ya miezi mitano nimewasilisha reference numbers nasubiri matokeo.......ila inavyoonyesha kama tatizo lipo na wanalitambua bila ya mteja kuripoti inakuwa imekula kwake huu ni utaratibu wa "kiutandawizi"
