Afordable netbook

I'm in need of affordable netbook. If somebody know were to buy one in Tanzania please inform me. I searched one in the internet which is ASUS eee pc S101 which seem to please me. It uses DC 12V power ideals for remote areas, SSD storage and more. Or if there is anothe make with the same features and good price I'll be happy to know that.
