    • *A New luxury lodge is looking for suitable Tanzanians for the following
      positions:-*

      *
      *

      *1.Lodge Accountant.*



      Looking for a smart hard working Accountant for small 5 star exclusive
      lodge in remote location with 19 rooms.

      Ability to work on own initiative in remote area is essential.


      Applicant must have the following:


      *Qualifications:*

      A University Degree/Diploma majoring in finance and accounting,. A
      proffessional Accounting qualification such ACCA, CPA, ISCA, etc would be
      an added advantage. Applicant must be able to communicate and write
      fluently in English and Kiswahili. Must be able to use quickbooks and have
      good knowledge of microsoft office.


      *Experience:*

      At least 3 years experience in a similar position with a busy five Star
      Luxury Lodge. Must have knowledge and be familiar with all aspects of lodge
      accounting such as F&B control, Revenue Control, Payroll, VAT & Other Tax
      returns, Reconcilations, Petty Cash analysis, Preparing management accounts
      and balance sheets, cashflows, budgeting etc.,


      *Age & Personality:*

      27 - 35 years. Must be a team player, open minded, willing to learn, ready
      to accept criticism


      *2. Receptionist.*

      Looking for a smart, hardworking and experienced lady to work as a
      receptionist for this19 roomed luxury lodge in a remote location.

      Ability to work on own initiative is crucial.


      The Applicant must have the following:-


      *Qualifications:*

      A University Degree/Diploma majoring in hotel management or similar field.
      Applicant must be able to communicate and write fluently in English and
      Kiswahili. ability to speak a second international langauage will be an
      added advantage. Must be able to use a computer and have good knowledge of
      microsoft office.


      *Experience:*

      At least 2 years experience at front desk with a busy five Star Luxury
      Lodge.


      *Age & Personality:*

      25 - 35 years. Must be a team player, open minded, willing to learn, ready
      to accept criticism
