Sijaelewa kwenye clip ya pili jinsi wizi ulivofanyika. Kwa hiyo mtu akishapata hiyo code anaweza kutransfer money to his phone, my question why didn't the lady at the counter informed Mpesa people about the robbery and asked them to block that transaction? If Mpesa can't stop that transaction, then the govt has to intervene and force them to introduce a safeguard mechanism that will protect customers who are using Mpesa. Otherwise, thieves will be using Mpesa to facilitate their evil acts.
