Designing and constructing a home of your dreams is both a mammoth task as well as a pleasurable experience. Ordinarily one designs a home that one expects and hopes to live in for perhaps a lifetime. It’s an exhilarating experience to watch every single inch of the house transform from nothing into the abode that you’ve always dreamt of having. The process begins with browsing through magazines and newspapers and cutting out pictures of homes that you like, areas that you fancy and preparing the groundwork which is essential for your project. This way, you enter the process fully charged. The foremost priority must be to determine the area where you want to get a house. Check out some websites to actually explore a list of houses on sale in that area. You may be in good luck if your dream house is listed there. A dream home must be close to your work place, children’s school, relatives etc, unless you want it to be otherwise of course. Engage a real estate agent to assist you to buy a house from the various options available in Kochi real estate.

The next step towards buying your dream home is, of course, financing. If you have ready capital you can buy your dream home instantly. Anybody will love to get money in hand for a property deal. If you’re a salaried person, ready cash is impossible to have, so start researching on an affordable and most viable home loan. The path between signing the agreement for procuring a loan to possessing the keys to your dream home is long and arduous. Another option is to construct your on abode. You have to begin with finding a contractor to design and construct your dream home for you. Ask for referrals from friends to find a suitable contractor to make your dream come true!

    MTM,

1.The process begins with browsing through magazines and newspapers and cutting out pictures of homes that you like, areas that you fancy and preparing the groundwork which is essential for your project.
    - Sidhani kwa hali iliyopo sasa hivi na upatikanaji wa sehemu za kujenga una many options as to where exactly u would like to live. Bei ya a good plot can be very prohibitive ( nachelea kutaja bei maana humu kuna watu wakiona figures tu hawakawii kuanza kushupalia kwa maswali!).
2.Check out some websites to actually explore a list of houses on sale in that area. A dream home must be close to your work place, children’s school, relatives etc, unless you want it to be otherwise of course

Hiki nacho ni kitendawili.Nakumbuka shuleni tulifundishwa how to choose where to put up ur home na hivi ndivyo vilikuwa vigezo.

3.financing. If you have ready capital you can buy your dream home instantly. Anybody will love to get money in hand for a property deal. If you’re a salaried person, ready cash is impossible to have, so start researching on an affordable and most viable home loan.

Ndiyo maana kuna maeneo yana unfinished structures ( magofu) na by the time mtu anakuja kumalizia unakuta hata ile plan aliyokuwa nayo mwanzo imeshakuwa haivutii tena.Wengine hata huhamia nyumba hazijaisha vizuri huku wakimalizia wakiwa humo.
