Attached, see how a Prime-Focus Ku-Band LNB looks like. Discussed alot in previous posts. The dish below is a 180Cm Eurostar Prime-focus Dish. Try the LNB on a 240Cm (diameter) similar dish. The LNB costs around USD20.

Came across the pictures below in other forums and thought I could share here .....
The LNBs are the type which have separate "H" and "V" outputs. If you would like to share even 10 LNBs (dishes) with 15 of your neighbours (Receivers), just search for "Multi-switch" on the internet. You can even integrate a common UHF antenna to the setup.

The January 2014 issue of the satellite magazine, TELE Audiovision (1401 issue) is already out since 3-1-2014.
You can read it online here: http://www.tele-audiovision.com/eng/
You can also download your PDF copy to read offline here: TELE-audiovision International - The World's Largest Digital TV Trade Magazine
Check out on page 154 how they re-distributed FTA satellite channels in the more than 400 rooms of the 5 Star May Fair Hotel in London.
"The decision was obvious; whatever new TV system would be installed, it would only be an FTA-based system."
I was interested in the fact that they chose "380 FTA channels from the ASTRA 2, HOTBIRD, NILESAT and BADR
satellites as well as roughly 40 radio channels”. “On top of all that we also carry all the Sky Sports channels.”

      Enhancing spectator engagement by
      offering more opportunities for our

through social media makes this an
exciting moment for me as a
      broadcaster live on air."
Looking ahead to the key sports
      events of 2014, beIN SPORTS
presenter Richard Keys said, "This is
going to be an incredible sporting
