I salute you all!

I 've been wondering for a long time how to put pictures and other things on the body of an e-mail. I 'm not referring to a separate attachment.

Unfortunately, most web bised e-mail services don't seem to support putting images directly into my email. In fact, as I researched the toolbars, I found that neither Hotmail, Yahoo mail or Gmail will officially allow me to place an image in the body of my e-mail. The only supported way to send an image using these services is an attachment.

So, Please; How do I insert a picture into the body of an e-mail?
