ROLE: Supervise and monitor performance of Network Operation Center (NOC) to ensure that team, department, and company goals/expectations are consistently met.
1.Excellent interpersonal skills with emphasis on verbal/written (english, swahili) communication including the ability to present performance feedback effectively .
2. Ability to work in shift.
Must have a Diploma or equivalent in telecommunication/ Electrical, computer science/ engineering or Information technology.
