California Lawyer releases Obama’s Kenya certified copy of Birth!

In what could be a monumental moment in the history of our country, a new birth document from Mombasa, Kenya has been released. The certification of birth allegedly show’s President Barack Obama to be born in the Coast province of Mombasa Kenya. An American Lawyer, Orly Taitz, is a woman who has filed a number of lawsuits against Barack Obama regarding his constitutional eligibility to serve. She is the one who has just now obtained and released a copy of what purports to be a Kenyan certified copy of registration of birth. This certification of birth shows that Obama was born in the coast general hospital in Mombasa, Kenya. This document was released via world net daily and is setting the internet on fire.The document has been checked against other registration’s of birth documents from Kenya, and it appears to look identical in format, and it appears to look like a genuine Kenyan legal document. There is no doctor listed in the document, but the signature on the Birth document appears to come from the deputy registrar of the Coast Province, who’s name is Joshua Simon Oduya. This document was allegedly issued as a certified copy of the original one in February 1964.

The document lists Barack Obama’s parents as Barack Hussein Obama and Stanley Ann Obama, formerly known Stanley Ann Dunham. The birth date is listed as Aug. 4, 1961, and the place of birth is listed at the Coast General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya. There were many rumors of Obama being born in Mombasa, but no documentation had ever been released of this nature to shed further light on it.

Just a week ago, some internet prankster put out a fake Kenyan birth certificate and it was easily debunked. This time however, with a California Lawyer releasing it and many experts examining it’s authenticity, this could be the smoking fun that removes Barack Obama from office – If it is a TRUE DOCUMENT. Let’s hold our horses and cross our fingers. Something tells me this document will crush Obama’s presidency. I’ve had a gut feeling that Orly taitz would be the lawyer who brought Obama down, mainly because she has relentlessly represented people all over the country regarding this issue. Orly Taitz has been ridiculed by the liberal media, but it’ll be interesting to see how they react to her after this is all said and done.

What’s even more compelling about this is the news ad that was released from Kenya on June, 3rd, of 2008. THis news ad declared Obama was Kenyan born.

Orly Taitz, World Net Daily, and the loons over at Free Republic having all been going crazy over this document, which purports to be a record of the birth of Barack Obama at Coast General Hospital on August 4, 1961:


Looks convincing, huh ? Well, not so much.

First of all, there’s a question of why a birth registration record would be issued in 1964 for a child born three years earlier who was not even living in the country at the time. This is significant because any original birth record would be a British colonial record, not a Kenyan record. Kenya was still a British colony in 1961, and did not become independent until December 12, 1963.

Strike One

This leads to the second problem with the purported birth certificate. From Dec 12 1963 to Dec 12 1964 the official title of Kenya was the Dominion of Kenya. It wasn’t until a year later, on December 12, 1964 that the Republic of Kenya came into existence. And yet, the document above, issued on February 17, 1964 purports to have been issued on behalf of the Office of Principal Registrar, Coast Province, Republic of Kenya.

Strike Two

Finally, this actually allegation has come up before, albeit without documentary “proof” purporting to establish it, and seemingly debunked:

The document, supposedly “certified with an embossed seal” and “witness signatures” says America’s next commander in chief was born at Coast Province General Hospital in Mombasa at 7:24pm on August 4, 1961.
Officials at the hospital confirm they.ve been besieged with requests for information on Obama.s birth but haven.t been able to find any record of it.
.We do not have computerized records going back to the 1960.s and can only sort through our archives by hand,. Dr. Christopher Mwanga, an administrator at the Mombasa hospital tells GLOBE. .We have searched for all the names of babies born on Aug. 4, 1961, and have not found the name of Barack Hussein Obama. That is all I can tell you..

The hospital has no records, and yet there’s this document, purportedly created three years after Obama’s birth, by officials of a country that wouldn’t exist for another ten months, that has miraculously appeared.

Strike Three.

Something tells me that the birthers are going to be sadly disappointed when this one is revealed for the forgery it most likely is.

Orly Taitz an attorney from California and a leader in the birther movement, has released what she has called proof President Barack Obama was born in Kenya. The document appears to be a Kenyan birth certificate with Obama's name on it.

How ever when a closer look is taken, several issues arise that question it's authenticity. The document lists Obama's parents as Barack Hussein Obama and Stanley Ann Obama, formerly Stanley Ann Dunham. The date of birth is listed as August 4th, 1961 and the hospital is listed as Coast General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya.

Now no doctor is listed but the alleged certificate is signed by the deputy register of Coast Province, Joshua Simon Oduya. It's supposedly a certified copy of the original, its dated February 17th, 1964.
Problem number one with the document, is the February 17th, 1964 date on it. Kenya gained Independence on December 17th, 1963, yes, but it was not declared a Republic until December 17th of 1964. It shows Kenya as being a republic on the alleged birth certificate from 1964 but Kenya was not a Republic till December of that year. Huh? You may be asking how could a birth certificate be issued from a Kenyan Republic in February1964, when no such Kenyan Republic existed in February 1964?

Problem two the birth certificate lists the hospital as Coast General Hospital in Mombasa Kenya. Well Mombasa did not become part of Kenya until December 12th of 1963, before that it was part of Zanzibar. So again you might be asking how could Barack Obama be born on August 4th 1963, at a Mombasa hospital in Kenya, when at the time of his birth Mombasa was still part of Zanzibar and was not part of Kenya. So how could a Kenyan birth certificate be issued from a hospital in a city, that was not at the time part of Kenya but another country? So if Mombasa was part of Zanzibar in August when Obama was born, then shouldn't the birth certificate be a Zanzibar certificate and not a Kenyan one?

But wait it says Kenyan on the birth certificate, any sane person can put two and two together and see this is a forgery. Maybe the unnamed man who provided the birth certificate to Taitz, should have done his research before coming up with this forgery.

Ann Coulter has called Taitz and the birthers "Cranks", Karl Rove has come out and said the birth certificate released by Taitz is "probably a forgery". Everyone from Bill O'Reilly to Michael Steele, have said Obama is a citizen and the birthers need to give it up.

These people are a group of for lack of a better term nut jobs. They are bitter they lost the election and are looking for any excuse to try and discredit Obama. I would also say another one of their motives is race, this is not about documentation but pigmentation. If this was a white guy whose father was of European descent and who was born in Hawaii, would they be making as big a deal about a birth certificate? These people need to stop popping those pills, they need to put down that crack pipe and take a step back into reality with the rest of the sane part of humanity
