Default Est. British Budgetary Support to Kenya 2012 a measly Ksh20 Billion (of a Ksh1,450Billion Budget)

Capital News » Kenya thanks UK for continued support

''Thanking the United Kingdom for the confidence they had in the country’s future, President Kibaki appreciated the substantial assistance they extend to Kenya estimated at about Sh20 billion annually''
      .

That works to just about 1.4% of total GoK public expenditure profile 2012 of Ksh1,450Billion!! And this is ALL British Budgetary support, whether Government-to-Government, or through their preferred NGO-sector driven interventions. American intervention is ever less that the Brits. Generally speaking, ALL Foreign Budgetary Intervention 2012, though not factored, will probably be lesser than the 7.8% assimilated year 2011.

Kweli, najivunia sana kuwa Mkenya, aiseei!!
