      Default Twenty sixteen

Kenyans await the year 2016 with a bated breath. This is the time they expect the cost of energy to decline significantly as nearly 1500Mfrom cheap, reliable clean energy sources will come on stream.
Such entry will also mean efficient production of goods and services as power outages occasioned by rationing will become history.

Plenty of it is already done. For instance, GDC will concession its wells to PPPs on condition that they charge US$0.06 per Kwh. Lake Turkana wind power will sell power at 0.075 Euro.
