Default Africa's largest wind power project steaming on

Despite delays, the lake Turkana wind power project, Africa’s largest wind power project, is steaming on. The final approvals are just around the corner and then the project will begin rolling out. It will take 32-months to construct employing 2,500 people. And once operational it will create 200 jobs for the entire 20-year life.
