The Operations Manager will oversee all hotel operations and manage the departments through the heads of departments. Tasks and day to day activities vary between office work, administration, managing the staff and client relations. Responsibilities include daily and weekly reports to the Directors, holding daily briefings with the heads of departments, managings the expenditures and assets of the company, ensuring the company is in line with all local and national guidelines.
Reporting to: The Managing Director.

Skills / Qualifications Required: Graduate level degree or equivalent in Hotel Management and/ or Management
Minimum 5 years Hotel management experience
Experience of creating and working with a budget and financial data
Experience of leading and motivating an efficient team
Excellent communication skills to include English, written and verbal
Excellent level of numeracy and literacy and confident with Property Management systems
Able to use own initiative
Excellent planning and control skills
Able to organize and maintain a company infrastructure and oversee all departments
