Ni huduma gani hiyo ya courier iliyotolewa na Tanzania Posts Corporation kwa zaidi ya milioni 500? Jamani hii kubebena na si kutafuna hela ya walipa kodi.

Dah, kuna tender moja nilipeleka jamaa wakawapa mzumbe university bila vigezo vya maana. Hawa jamaa wanagawa tender kihuni kweli!

Inasikitisha sana kuona fedha zinatumiwa katika mambo yasikuwa ya msingi kwa hali mbAya tuliyonayo kuanzia kwenye ELIMU na AFYA N.K,hivi kwa matumizi haya halafu ukisema KASUNGURA kadogo inaeleweka kweli?

Ni kweli baadhi ya watanzania wenzetu wenyewe kupewa hizo tender wananufaika wao na watu ambao wamewaajiri lakini HATUWEZI KUHALALISHA aina hii ya matumizi,HIYO "FEDHA KIDOGO" inatumikaje? Hivi tunavyoona katika matumizi haya?!au ni kwamb kam taifa hatuna priorities?nini tufanye na nini tuache kwa kuzingatia faida itokanayo na yale tuyafanya katika matumizi.

Kweli hatuwezi kufanya kila kitu lakini tunaweza kufany kila kitu tulichokiwekea KIPAUMBELE kwa pesa tuliyonayo,pesa tunayo si hiyoo imetumika katika mambo yasiyokuwa na TIJA kwa wengi katik taifa letu!

Kama KASUNGURA kadogo basi kagawanywe kw kuzingatia VIPAUMBELE,kuwe na SERA ya kubana MATUMIZI na NIDHAMU ya matumizi ya fedha ya UMMA, AKILI KUBWA inahitajika?!

be it food, nguo, beer(tena hapa!),
Fuel (duh!)...
But How can I hold them accountable for my money?
They proved us wrong thru the ballot box few years ago remember!
if You boast around you may end up in Pande forest!

Mimacho kodo!! Ya Mungu mengi! labda wataokoka one day and stop their deeds!
