Naanza kushitukia kwamba kuna mambo yamekuwa yakijadiliwa muda mrefu na wakati mwingine hata hayana tija, wakati mwingine yaki-engage mahakama, serikali na bunge!
Je hii haiwezeki kuwa ni mojawapo za athari ya kusomesha wataalamu wa sayansi(arts) jamii wengi!
Je suala la TANESCO kuonekana la kisiasa ndio dalili za mfumo huo wa elimu kuwa na waatalaamu wa arts zaidi kuliko wahandisi?
Ninachalea kusema haya kwa kuwa hoja ya TANESCO inaonekana kutosikilizwa kabisa. concern yao ya kuwepo umeme usiotosha mahitaji na kwamba serikali imekuwa ikijivutavuta kuwekeza haionekani kuonekana machoni mwa wanasiasa... nini tatizo?

Tatizo ni UWEKEZAJI mdogo kwenye mashirika yetu ya HUDUMA kama TANESCO, DAWASA,... Na hata hicho kinachowekeza kinatafunwa kwelikweli na Wanasayansi na Watawala.
DAWASA inaongozwa na Mhandisi aliyebobea kwa masuala ya maji. Mwaka 2003 walipewa dola milioni 164 kwa ajili ukarabati wa miundombinu ya maji na majitaka. Waulize sasa wamefikia wapi katika kupunguza kero ya huduma ya maji na majitaka katika jiji letu! Wizi mtupu.
Kasheshe hivi hapa tuna wanasayansi nchi hii? Kwani wamefanya kipi hasa? Niambie mtu mmoja aliye na sifa kubwa ya kauvumbuzi katika nchi hii, maana hata vyura tu tumeamua kuwatunzia Marekani maana hakuna mwanasayansi anayeweza kuwatunza hapa Bongo.
Mimi niliamua kuiacha Sayansi sekondari na kujikita katika masomo ya biashara. Nimefanya kazi there after kwa miaka takribani 13 na nikaacha na sasa nafanya biashara. Sioni faida ya sayansi nchi hii maana waliosoma sayansi hawaheshimiki wala hawana maslahi.
Niliosoma nao Sekondari wakiwa na vichwa vizuri katika masomo ya Sayansi they are nothing now. Wanajuta kwa nini waliamua kusoma Sayansi. Wengine waliamua kugeuza muelekeo baadaye na kwenda kusomea uhasibu na uanasheria na wengine kuwa wanasiasa mfano huyu mbunge Esther Kabadi Nyawazwa.
Wale waliojikita katika arts leo ni mamilionea na wana nafasi nzuri katika nchi hii. Sayansi ya nini katika nchi hii? hapa hata ukiwa mvumbuzi no honor.
Wanangu wote nawashawishi kabisa wasisome masomo ya sayansi ingawa baadhi likes them. Kwa nini? kwa sababu hayana prospects mbele katika nchi hii.
Najua utapinga lakini ndio ukweli tena ukweli mtupu!

Wildlife Commission.[4]
Osborne observed that the top is warmer than the bottom in a beaker of
water being cooled, the difference being sustained by convection. Blocking
heat transfer from the top with a film of oil drastically slowed cooling.
Also, the effect of dissolved air was accounted for by using boiled water.
The beakers were also insulated from the bottom.

Companero bandiko lako ni zuri sana na ni kitu cha kujivunia. Sasa nenda uangalie huyu Mpemba kama hatakujulikana katika taasisi aliyomo kuwa alivumbua kitu! utashangaa kwamba hana status yoyote pale.
Mshahara na marupu rupu hana, hata usafiri utakuta hana wakati aliyesoma naye O level na akaenda A level Arts si gari tu bali ana hata hekalu.
Mi nakwambia ukweli wacha tu hizi hadithi za wanasayansi hapa Tanzania hamna kitu. May be ukibahatika ukapata kazi Boswana au Ulaya na Marekani hapo uanasayansi wako utaonekana wa maana. Lakini hapa Bongo we acha tu. Wengi wamekuwa frustrated.

People, like me, I am not sure, which said to stand because i don't know what are the technical facts of the issue. Kama wataalamu walishafanya utafiti wao katika hili tangu mwaka 47, kwa nini kama wanasiasa walionekana kulegalega hawakuuambia umma wa Watanzania ukweli?
Kwa nini iwe sisi wakimbizi humu JF ndio tuwe na uzalendo wa kuongea na kubainisha matatizo bila woga, na wataalamu wetu wawe kunguru mwoga?
Kingine ni hicho cha kusema ni kwenye siasa pekee ndipo kuna uponeo.
Tabaka la wasomi wetu ni sawa na wanasiasa wetu wanavyopenda misaada na kuziba viraka. Msimsingize Nyerere na University College kuwa ndio shina lwa Sayansi kuyumba.
Tuna wataalamu kibao katika kila nyanja ya sayansi, anza kilimo, hali yahewa, mifugo, afya, lishe, kemia, fizikia, uhandisi, umeme, kompyuta, mawasiliano na mengine kem kem, lakini badala ya wataalamu hawa kujitutumua na kuwa wabunifu wa kufanya kazi bila kuambiwa na wanasiasa, wanasubiri kila siku wanasiasa waongee au wapewe amri.
Why play victim and inferiority complex mentality?
Same is those in ni Science, fields, Lawyers, Accounts, Economists etc. Every Msomi in Tanzania enjoys to play a victim and later point a finger to a Politician kuwa eti Politician ni tatizo.
No tatizo la kwanza ni wewe mtaalamu ambaye unashindwa kufanya kazi yako kwa umakini na ufanisi!
Unayosema ni kweli mkuu. Lakini ukumbuke kuwa Sumaye alisema ukitaka biashara zako zikunyokee uwe mwana CCM, otherwise utaishia kufilisiwa au kuigizwa mikenge ya ajabu. Same is true kwa watu wa taaluma nyingine, Lamwai anajua kilichomkuta, list goes on. Kwa hiyo utaona kuwa wanasiasa wanaplay part kubwa kuwafanya wataalamu na wasomi kutodeliver.
