We are not interested in Politics.....we are interested in real development
Whether they are allowed to have a branch or not, thats their issue, cos at the end of the day, the people who will join are CCM followers etc. In my view, the problem comes when every other Tanzanian is assumed to have political interests. The case of JK's first meeting, with CCM hijacking the place, that was so low. We may have differences and no interest in political affiliation, but if the president is visiting, we see him as our Leader, and not a CCM leader. That campaign should stay in bongo. We are intelligent enough to differentiate between party propaganda and genuine Tanzanian concern. Inatia kichefuchefu.......
Having said all that, if the opposition are smart enough, they can actually benefit more if they follow the same path. Infact, its more beneficial for them.....if they cant see that, then kweli bongo hamna opposition. In the UK its a level playing field, and the opposition have more to gain.
