Default The Workers Compesation Act CAP 263 -2002: Please help

Kuna kipengele kinasema hivi:

7-(1) Where permanent total incapacity results from injury, the amount of compensation shall be a sum equal to fifty-four months' earnings.
Provided that in no case shall the amount of compensation in respect of permanent total incapacity be greater than one hundred and eight thousand shillings but not less than two thousand shillings.
