(do i have to buy everything to put in my ka small supermarket?)

What I know ni kwamba Mini supermarket inalipa bila longo longo.

try to outsource contract suppliers/producers like cadbary for chocolate, azam products, del monte, uniliver, brookside, coca cola, etc , you will save from their bulk resale/wholesale price and good enough the products will be delivered at the door of your shop theirfore increase your profit margin by saving transportation costs, also their products are quaranteed incase of technical defects and your shop will enjoy seasonal sales by swapping/exchange of slow moving product to fast moving goods from above mentioned dealers

pia utapata marketing and promotional materials free from these companies, the likes of tshirts, caps, plastic bags, pen, umbrellas, flyers and posters that market and advertise the products at your shop free

      Soma hapa

If you want to start a business here are the basic ground rules I recommend:

      1) Don't go in debt to start a business and have very good credit

      2) Work for someone else then do it yourself, journal the successes and failures of the business you are working for and work there a full year so you can note seasonal changes with customers and revenues

      3) Always do something on the smallest scale possible before making a huge commitment. Example if you want to open a bakery try selling your baked goods to a local coffee shop first and then get feedback.

      4) Try to avoid business partners when ever possible
