      Nimekutana na mtu anakula wastani wa pilipili kumi kwa siku na amepewa ushauri na madakatari kwamba hazina madhara yoyote na wala haihusiani na ulevi (sbb yeye wala hanywi pombe) na kwamba pilipili faida yake kubwa ni kuongeza immunity na kukupa UJASIRI

      Pilipili ni one of the Highest Thermic Food. It takes a lot of calories from the body to digest, absorb and convert it in a form usable to the body than the calories gained from Pilipili.

      So kwa wanaofanya diet, hii ni one of the recommended food ya kukata weight.
