      Nina uzito/unene uliokithiri na ningependa kuupunguza bila kudhurika kiafya.

      Nimejaribu kusoma websites/vitabu kadhaa, wengi wanatoa ushauri/diet plans kutumia bidhaa au vyakula ambavyo naona kama ni vya kizungu, kwa Tanzania sijui kama vipo na kama vipo basi sivijui.

      Je naweza kupata ushauri namna ya kupunguza huu mwili kwa kutumia vitu/bidhaa/vyakula vinavyopatikana Tanzania?

      Cinnamon and Honey formula for weight loss

      This should be prepared at night before going to bed.

      Mfumo mkuu wa fahamu katika ubongo hutambua kushuka kwa kiasi cha nguvu kinachopatikana kwa ajili ya matumizi yake.

      Hisia za kiu au njaa pia hutokea kunapotokea kupungua kwa nguvu mwilini.

      Kwanini watu wanakula sana?

      Katika kushughurikia kazi zote hizo, ubongo hutumia kiasi kikubwa sana cha nguvu. Wakati huo huo ubongo hutumia nguvu katika kutengeneza mahitaji ya mwanzo na jumbe kemikali (chemical messengers) ambazo zimetengenezwa toka seli za ubongo na ambazo zinatakiwa kusafirishwa kwenda miishio ya neva kuzunguka mwili.

      Mfumo wa usafirishaji mwilini hutumia pia kiasi kikubwa cha nguvu. Kiasi hiki kikubwa cha matumizi makubwa ya nguvu yanayofanywa na ubongo ndiyo sababu ya ubongo kutengewa asilimia 20 ya mzunguko wa damu.

      Seli za ubongo huhifadhi nguvu zake katika mifumo miwili. Stoo yake ya kwanza inaitwa Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP), na ya pili inaitwa Guanosine Triphosphate (GTP).

      Baadhi ya maswali maalumu hujibiwa na nguvu zilizohifadhiwa toka stoo ya kwanza (ATP) ambayo inapatikana katika maeneo mbalimbali ya seli hasa katika kuta zake. Kwenye ukuta wa seli (cell membranes) ndiko ambako taarifa huingilia na ndiko ambako majibu huanzishwa.

      Kuna mfumo wa mgawo wa 'nguvu' ambao hufanya kazi muda wote katika seli. Siyo madokezo yote ya maswali yanaweza kufanikiwa kupata majibu toka katika stoo ya nguvu ya kwanza (ATP).

      Kuna vikwazo katika uelekezwaji wa nguvu kwa baadhi ya maswali. Ubongo unakokotoa na kukielewa kipi ni cha mhimu na kipi si cha mhimu katika bajeti yake ya nguvu.

      Wakati inapopungukiwa nguvu stoo ya kwanza, baadhi ya madokezo hayapati majibu. Kupunguwa huku kwa nguvu toka stoo ya kwanza kwa baadhi ya seli za ubongo, kunatokea kujionesha kama hali ya uchovu katika baadhi ya kazi zinazosimamiwa na seli hizo.

      Vivyo hivyo, matendo hayo hutokea pia kwa stoo ya pili ya nguvu (GTP). Katika baadhi ya matendo maalumu ya dharura, baadhi ya nguvu toka stoo ya pili inaweza kuelekezwa kuiongezea nguvu stoo ya kwanza kwa madokezo maalumu kushughurikiwa.

      Hifadhi ya nguvu katika maghala ya nguvu za ubongo, inaonekana kutegemea zaidi upatikanaji wa sukari mwilini. Muda wote ubongo unachukuwa sukari toka katika damu ili kuyajaza maghala yake (ATP na GTP).

      Hivi karibuni imegundurika kuwa, mwili unao uwezo wa kutengeneza nguvu kwa kutumia maji (hydroelectric energy), wakati maji peke yake yanapoingia kupitia kuta za seli na kuwasha pampu maalumu za majenereta ya kuzarishia nguvu yaitwayo kwa kitaalamu, 'cation pumps', ni kama vile bwawa la umeme linapojengwa karibu na mto mkubwa.

      Kwa hiyo ubongo hutumia mifumo miwili kwa ajili ya mahitaji yake ya nguvu, wa kwanza ni ule wa kiumetaboli wa chakula na kuunda sukari,na wa pili unahusisha matumizi ya maji kuzariha nguvu umeme zitokanazo na maji (hydroelectric energy).

      Inajionesha wazi sasa kwamba ubongo unategemea zaidi nguvu zitokanazo na umeme wa maji hasa katika mifumo yake ya usafirishaji kwenye neva zake kwenda sehemu mbalimbali za mwili.

      Ili kuhimili mahitaji ya ubongo, mwili umekuza mfumo maalumu ili kutunza kiasi cha kawaida cha sukari katika mzunguko wa damu. Hufanya hivyo kwa njia mbili, ya kwanza ni ile ya kusisimua ulaji wa vyakula vyenye protini na wanga ambavyo vitabadilishwa kuwa sukari ikijumuisha pia sukari yenyewe katika mlo, njia ya pili ni ya kubadili wanga na protini toka katika hifadhi ya mwili na kuwa sukari. Njia hii ya pili huitwa kitaalamu kama 'Gluconeogenesis', yaani utengenezwaji wa sukari toka katika malighafi zilizohifadhiwa. Utengenezaji wa aina hii wa sukari hufanyika katika Ini.

      Utegemezi wa sukari kwa kazi nyingi zifanywazo na ubongo, kumepelekea mapenzi kwa vyakula vyenye radha ya utamu. Mwili umekuza mfumo kanuni maalumu, uunganikaji wa kazi na ogani zingine hasa Ini wakati radha ya utamu inaposikika katika ulimi.

      Inapotokea hakuna sukari ya kutosha katika mzunguko, Ini huanza kuitengeneza na kuijaza kwenye usawa wa damu. Mwanzoni litaanza na wanga uliokuwa umehifadhiwa ukifuatiwa na protini na kiasi kidogo cha mafuta. Ubadilikaji wa mafuta kuwa sukari huchukuwa muda mrefu zaidi.

      Mwili unahitaji kubaki bila chakula kwa muda fulani kabla kiasi kikubwa cha umetaboli wa mafuta hakijaanzishwa.

      Protini hupatikana kiurahisi zaidi na umetaboli wake ni mrahisi zaidi kuliko mafuta. Dipositi za mafuta zimetengenezwa kutokana na yuniti nyingi mbalimbali za asidi mafuta ambazo zimeungana pamoja. Asidi mafuta za mtu ndizo huvunjwa (humeng'enywa) kwa ajili ya thamani yake kwa nguvu ya mwili.

      Kila gramu 1 ya mafuta hutoa kalori 9 za nishati, kila gramu 1 ya protini au sukari hutoa kalori 4 za nishati. Hii ndiyo sababu mafuta yanapotumika kuzarisha nguvu, mtu hajisikii sana njaa.

      Kwa watoto, stoo za mafuta zina rangi ya kahawia na zina mzunguko zaidi wa damu. Kwenye mafuta ya rangi ya kahawia, mafuta yanameng'enywa moja kwa moja na nguvu hutengenezwa. Baada ya miaka kadhaa baadaye, stoo za mafuta huwa na mizunguko michache ya damu na uwezekano mdogo wa kuvifikia vimeng'enya vinavyozihamasisha asidi mafuta kwa mabadiliko yake kwenye ini na mishipa.

      Wakati mwili unapokuwa legelege, mishipa hushambuliwa kirahisi zaidi na protini yake humeng'enywa na kufanywa sukari. Ingawa, ikiwa mishipa inashuhulishwa, itaanza kumeng'enya baadhi ya mafuta yake yaliyohifadhiwa na kuyatumia kama chaguo la chanzo chake cha nguvu katika kufanya kazi na kuutunza au kuuongeza ujazo wake.

      Ili kufanya hivyo, mishipa hukiamsha kimeng'enya chake cha mafuta, homoni iitwayo kwa kitaalamu 'lipase'.

      Imedhihirika katika majaribio ya kujirudia huko nchini Sweden kwamba kimeng'enya hiki cha kuchoma mafuta huamka baada ya mwendo wa miguu wa saa moja MFULULIZO, na huendelea kumeng'enya mafuta kwa muda wa masaa 12.

      Kwa hiyo ikiwa mtu atatembea kwa muda wa saa moja mara mbili kwa siku, atakuwa amekiamsha kimeng'enya (enzyme) hiki kufanya kazi kwa masaa 24 (siku nzima)!.

      Kuendelea kutembea zaidi, ndivyo kimeng'enya hiki kinavyoendelea kujitokeza zaidi, kwa hiyo fungu lolote la mpango wa mlo lazima liegemee zaidi upande wa mahitaji ya mishipa kwa ajili ya matokeo ya muda mrefu ya moja kwa moja ya kifiziolojia katika kumeng'enywa kwa mafuta.

      Ni kimeng'enya hiki hiki (lipase) kwenye mzunguko wa damu ambacho huisafisha mishipa dhidi ya mabaki ya mafuta, cholesteroli na dipositi zake.


      Hivi ndivyo ilivyo rahisi kupunguza uzito na unene bila nguvu wala gharama yeyote!. Anza leo, tembea saa moja kutoka kituo A mpaka kituo B bila kupumzika KWA SAA MOJA, ITABIDI UWE NA SAA KABISA MKONONI asubuhi na jioni, baada ya wiki mbili pima tena uzito wako kuona namna ulivyofanikiwa kwa muda huo na muda gani uwekeze tena kumaliza tatizo hili linalosumbuwa watu wengi kote duniani.

      Kumbuka pia kunywa maji kila nusu saa kabla ya kula.

      Kazi zinazofanywa kwa kukaa (maofisini) katika maisha yetu ya kisasa, ni kipindi cha mabadiliko ya kiutamaduni. Fiziolojia ya miili yetu bado haijabadilishwa vya kutosha kuwezesha matumizi yasiyo ya kawaida ya mwili wa binadamu. Mwili bado unahitaji kushughulishwa kwa mishipa ili kuhimili hali ya kawaida ya kazi zake.

      Ikiwa mwili unaendesha kazi zake katika hali yake ya kawaida, utaelewa ni muda gani wa kula na kwa kiasi gani bila kuizidisha hifadhi ya mafuta. Kila sehemu ya mwili itatumia kiasi chake cha nguvu iliyotengewa kwa ufanisi na kazi zinazoendeshwa vizuri zaidi. Hivi ndivyo mwili ulivyosanifiwa.

      Ingawa, ikiwa ubongo umetumika zaidi (wakati wa mfadhaiko kwa mfano) na mwili haujatumika kwa uwiano huo huo kuusambazia ubongo mahitaji yake ya sukari, mtu mwenye uelewa mdogo ataangukia kwenye kula zaidi mara nyingi na kwa kiasi kikubwa.

      Hata hivyo, wakati chakula kimeliwa, ni karibu asilimia 20 tu za chakula ndizo hutumika na ubongo, sehemu inayobaki huhifadhiwa taratibu ikiwa shughuli za mishipa (mazoezi) hazitumiki kutumia kiasi chake cha chakula iliyotengewa.

Zaidi ya asilimia 90 ya njaa yako itakuwa imepotea, hii ilikuwa ni namna ya ubongo wako kukuambia kuwa unahitaji maji.

      Ubongo hauwezi kutuma ishara tofauti za njaa na kiu, ishara zote hutumwa kwa pamoja, hatuzitambui ishara za kutaka kunywa maji na badala yake tunakimbilia kula hata wakati mwili unahitaji maji.




      Kumbuka pia kuwa hii ni elimu tu na siyo kumuondoa daktari wako au chaguo lako la kutumia dawa, ni programu iliyopendekezwa kwa manufaa yako.

      kweli kabisa hata mimi nilikuwa na kilo 80kg kuna dawa hivi inaitwa simply best burnoff nilivyoenda kwa huyu doctor akaniambia kuwa lazima kila siku au mara tatu kwa wiki nikimbie angalau 2km to 3km na mazoezi mengine ta tumbo miguu etc wanasema vidonge hivi nikutokana na miti ya asili, ndani ya mwezi nilipungua 2kg sasa hivi ninaelekea kwenye 72kg nataka nifikishe 68 angalau ila ukweli inatakiwa ujitoe akili na mambo yote. mazoezi haya si mchezo ni mazoezi hasa na unakuwa na instructor unaweza kukata tamaa ukaishia njiani maana anakusimamia na lazima ufuate unaweza hata kumgombeza anavyokupelekesha ila ni wewe ndio ulitaka uwe hivyo inabidi ufuate masharti. nimekoma kula kula ovyo makitimoto,mabeer makuku sasa hivi nayasikia tu sitaki kabisa
