      Nina uzito/unene uliokithiri na ningependa kuupunguza bila kudhurika kiafya.

      Nimejaribu kusoma websites/vitabu kadhaa, wengi wanatoa ushauri/diet plans kutumia bidhaa au vyakula ambavyo naona kama ni vya kizungu, kwa Tanzania sijui kama vipo na kama vipo basi sivijui.

      Je naweza kupata ushauri namna ya kupunguza huu mwili kwa kutumia vitu/bidhaa/vyakula vinavyopatikana Tanzania?

      2.Fanya jogging hata ukiwa chumbani kwako waweza fanya (static jog).
      3.Punguza kula kula na ukila kula kiasi.
      4.Punguza kulala muda mrefu usiku(kama huna cha kufanya chezacheza na shemeji atleast mara moja kila siku.)Nadhani umenielewa.

      The simplest way coz mazoezi wengi ni wavivu....(1) Make sure unapokula usishibe yani ile hali ya unjaa iwepo cha msingi kula ili usipate vidonda vya tumbo.. (2) kula mboga za majani sana na matunda kuliko vyakula vyenye direct protin eg nyama, samaki nk..(3) Pombe ukiweza acha km sio kupunguza kwa atleast 60%.....mimi mwenyewe nilikua na hayo matatizo but nilipewa hii kitu na ndani ya wiki moja nilikata 3Kg na sasa nimepungua kwakweli...kula kidogo ndugu tena ata na bajeti yako haitayumba then uta overcome ili tatizo

      Haijalishi unakula kiasi gani; kama unanenepa jua unakula kupita kiasi; maana yake unachokula kinazidi mahitaji ya mwili wako.

      Nikupe mfano wa mimi mwenyewe. Muda mwingi niko kwenye computer; hivyo mwili hauko active. Nakula silesi mbili za brown bread asubuhi na mlo wowote kamili mchana, usiku nakula tena silesi mbili za brown bread na kwa siku nakunywa maji glasi 8 na aple moja. Nafanya sit ups na leg crunch kila siku kabla sijatoka kitandani, kukata tumbo na kumantain shepu.

      Lakini sijapungua hata kidogo, nilichoweza ku achieve ni kutoongezeka. Sasa nambie ningekuwa nakula milo miwili kamili si lazima ningechana.

      Najua nikitaka kupungua inabidi nifanye mazoezi, ila sina muda kwa sasa ila at least najua siwezi kuongezeka
