      Nina uzito/unene uliokithiri na ningependa kuupunguza bila kudhurika kiafya.

      Nimejaribu kusoma websites/vitabu kadhaa, wengi wanatoa ushauri/diet plans kutumia bidhaa au vyakula ambavyo naona kama ni vya kizungu, kwa Tanzania sijui kama vipo na kama vipo basi sivijui.

      Je naweza kupata ushauri namna ya kupunguza huu mwili kwa kutumia vitu/bidhaa/vyakula vinavyopatikana Tanzania?

      Do not add anything else to this recipe. No lemon, no lime, no vinegar. It is not necessary to drink it more time in a day...it is only effective on an empty stomach and primarily at night.

      Rafiki yangu mmoja ana usemi wake kuwa 'Kutunza afya wakati una pesa ni kazi' Endelea na aina hizo hizo za chakula ulizotaja ila punguza kiasi unachokula. Kunywa maji mengi ya uvuguvugu kila asubuhi unapoamka kabla hujapiga mswaki, fanya mazoezi ya kukimbia na ya kukaza misuli ya tumbo. Kama uko Dar, pita pale Leaders club jioni kuna watu wengi tu wanafanya mazoezi ya kukimbia na ya tumbo na wamenunua mikeka kwa ajili ya mazoezi. Punguza kabisa pombe na soda na mwisho kula vijiko viwili vya asali mbichi kabla ya kulala. Lakini utafanikiwa tu iwapo utakuwa discpilined, kwani huwezi kupungua overnight. NB: Jaribu kuogelea japo mara moja kwa wiki, ni zoezi zuri sana. Kama hujui kuogelea I can recommend a good teacher ambaye atakufundisha na ndani ya wiki mbili utakuwa unajua.

      Mkuu usikimbilie kutatua tatizo tafuta kwanza nini chanzo cha kitambi? Kilitokana na nini? Anagalia vyakula unavyokula, na staili ya maisha.... kutoa kitambi sio kazi rahisi unatakiwa uwe na nidhamu katikta ukaji na kufanya mazoezi hakuna shortcut...kwa kuanzia acha tabia ya kunywa maji ya baridi kila ukimaliza kula baadala yake kunywa ya moto au uvuguvugu. Maji baridi yanagumisha/ solidfy chakula ulichokula sasa kama umekula vyakula vya mafuta ndo balaa. Pendelea kunya maji ya uvuguvugu yaliyotiwa asali kidogo kila asubui kabla hujala bleakfast na usiku.. Puguza kiwango cha sukari unachokula mfano soda na bia,na kwenye chai, pendelea kula mapema usiku na ulale baada ya masaa mawili au matatu baada ya kula..mengine google usome mwenyewe we sio mtu wa kwanza kuwa na kitambi duniani...
