      Hii sio ya kitaalamu bali ni mimi ninavyofanya na ndio inayonisaidia kupunguza tumbo.
      Kwasababu vitu vya formula mimi huwa siwezi kuvifuata na huwa naviona vigumu sana kwahiyo huwa najaribu kuishi vile ninavyoweza.

      Na kizuri zaidi ni kwamba hii sio diet ya kujinyima.
      Ila unaweza usifanikiwe pia kutokana na mwili wako kwakua tumeumbwa tofauti lakini unaweza kujaribu kama itafanya kazi

      Tukianza na asubuhi nikiamka mimi kama Mzizimkavu, naanza kunywa maji glass 3 ya Uvugu vugu kabla ya kupiga mswaki.
      Na nikiisha amka nakunywa maji ya uvugu vugu yaliokamuliwa ndimu au limao glass zingine tatu kabla ya kunywa Chai.
      Ukizoea maji ni matamu kuliko hata Bia
      Kuwa Teja wa Maji kuna raha yake pia

      Mimi napenda vitu vichachu kwahiyo maji saa zingine naya hisi kama yamepooza ila nikikamulia ndimu/limao kwenye maji ya uvuguvugu hata nisipoweka sukari yanaleta ladha fulani hivi
      Ukiweza kunywa maji ya uvugu vugu kila wakati unapohisi kiu ya maji itakuwa vizuri au hata mara tatu kwa siku angalau

      Si mpenzi sana wa Chai kwakuwa sipendi kabisa vitu vya sukari, lakini siku ninapo amua kunywa chai huwa nakunywa yenye tangazwizi nyingi sana na badala ya kutumia sukari huwa naweka asali...... Ila unaweza kutumia viungo vingine mbali mbali vya ki pwani (masala)


      Asali


      Kwa kifungua kinywa Sausage za kuchemsha au kama utakaanga iwe kwa mafuta yasiozidi kijiko kimoja kikubwa cha kulia (nashauri ya alizeti au olive)

      Mayai ya kuchemsha si mabaya pia kwa kufungua kinywa
      Kumbuka mimi huwa sifanyi diet hivi ndivyo ninavyokula na inasaidia

      Badala ya kutafuna Sambusa, Popcorn na cookies au chocolate kila wakati bora muda wako uelekeze kwenye matunda, kama huwezi kupitisha lisaa bila kuweka kitu mdomoni


      Mchana unaweza kupiga bakuli la mchemsho wa ndizi, ziwe Bukoba au za kule kwetu Moshi zote sawa kwakuwa mchemsho hauna mafuta kabisa unajilia kadri utakavyotosheka

      Kuku Choma ni chakula kingine ambacho kinanifaa nyakati za mchana, lakini haswa hupendelea Kuku wa kienyeji ambao hawakukuzwa kwa madawa
      Mara nyingi usiku naipotezea tu, pengine nalalia glass 2 za wine au beer kadhaa zisizozidi 3
      Au Kuku wa kienyeji wa kuchemsha aliewekwa chumvi na ndimu na ka ndizi kamoja ka kuchemsha au kukaanga kwa mafuta kidogo sana


      Ugali naupenda sana na huwa najiachia nao siku za kujiharibu
      Lakini kumbuka wanga sio kitu cha kukiendekeza sana hasa unapotaka kutoa kitambi
      Nikiona kinachomoza, napunguza maswala ya ugali.
      Japo kwangu ni ngumu siku ipite bila Ugali, ila kumbuka miili inatofautiana... naweza nikala ugali mwaka mzima mwingine akala wiki akafumuka
      So usinifatishe ila jaribu kupunguza au uepuke kama utaweza

      Tumbo liko hapa sasa!!!!!
      Hili ndio tatizo lililonikuta mpaka mkaona ile ishu imechomoka siku ya Birthday yangu


      Kwakweli chips ni tamu hasa kwa sisi tunaofanya kazi za usiku ukirudi umejichokea unavamia tu



      Unakuta unafululiza hata mwezi unazila kisha unaenda kulala
      Japo tunapenda chips vumbi ila tuwe na kipimo isizidi, isiwe kila siku
      Ukijumlisha na bia, daaah!! dah!!!!!! dah!!!!! shughuli imeisha



      No. 1 enemy kwa vitambi vya wanawake ni hii kitu
      Kula angalau mara moja kwa wiki tafadhali kama huwezi kuacha kabisa




      Wenye kuweza kufanya sit ups pia fanyeni japo najua mazoezi ni magumu sana na yanatia uvivu hasa unapokuwa na kazi nyingi



      Maji ni kitu cha lazima na cha kila siku
      Ukiweza kunywa maji ya uvuguvugu Asubuhi, Mchana na Usiku utafanikiwa japo kidogo



      Narudia hii sio Diet ya kitaalam ni jinsi ninavyo ishi mimi, jaribu kama utaweza kufanikiwa kwa wale walioniomba ushauri.
      Ila kama mwili wako ni mkubwa sana pia jaribu kupunguza kipimo cha chakula unachokula kila siku, ila usijinyime sana.

      Habari njema kuhusu tatizo hilo ni kwamba unaweza kujikinga nalo kwa kutumia asali na kama tayari unalo unaweza kulitibu au kulidhibiti kwa kutumia asali kwa kuchanganya na limau kwa utaratibu maalum.


      Asali ni tiba nzuri ya kiasili ya kutibu tatizo la unene pamoja na shinikizo la damu, kwani hupunguza mafuta mabaya mwilini (bad cholesterol) kwa kuyageuza mafuta ya ziada kuwa nishati ya mwili. Mtu unaweza kufunga kula vitu vingine na badala yake ukatumia asali na limau tu kama tiba ya unene, bila kupoteza hamu yako ya kula au nguvu ya mwili.

      JINSI YA KUTENGENEZA ASALI NA LIMAU

      Kuna imani potofu kwa baadhi ya watu kuhusu limau na asali kuwa ni sumu. Ukweli ni kwamba mchanganyiko huu ambao ni wa ‘alkalaini’ mwilini siyo sumu bali ni tiba kwa matatizo mengi ya kiafya, likiwemo tatizo la unene.

      Ili kupata mchanganyiko sahihi, weka asali mbichi kwenye kijiko kimoja kidogo kwenye glasi yenye maji ya uvugu uvugu (siyo yaliyochemka), kisha weka vijiko viwili vya juisi ya limau (saizi ya kijiko cha chai) halafu koroga na unywe mchanganyiko huo.

      Kunywa mchangayiko huo asubuhi kabla hujala kitu chochote au unaweza kunywa mchangayiko huo kila baada ya mlo mkubwa au ulaji wa vyakula vyenye mafuta mengi, mchanganyiko huo husaidia usagaji wa chakula na uondoaji wa sumu mwilini.

      Katika kutekeleza mpango huu kwa lengo la kupunguza unene, usisahau kuzingatia suala la ulaji wa vyakula vyenye faida mwilini na vinavyoruhusiwa kiafya. Itakuwa ni kazi bure iwapo utatumia tiba ya asali huku ukiendelea na ulaji wa vyakula usiyokubalika kiafya. Halikadhalika mazoezi ya mara kwa mara ni suala muhimu kuzingatiwa.

      COCKTAIL YA MATUNDA NA ASALI

      Aidha, katika kuimarisha kinga na kuondoa sumu zaidi mwilini, unaweza kutengeneza mchanganyiko wa matunda mengi (fruit cocktail) pamoja na asali na kisha ukanywa. Kufanikisha hilo, chukua matunda kama vile epo, nanasi, zabibu, machungwa, karoti na mapera, yaandae vizuri kisha weka kwenye blenda na tengeneza juisi, bila kusahahu kuweka vijiko viwili vya asali mbichi. Tengeneza kiasi cha glasi moja na kunywa wakati ule ule kwa lengo la kupata vitamini zote bila kupotea.

      Mwisho, ili kujiepusha na unene wa kupindukia, usipende kula kupita kiasi, hasa vyakula vyenye mafuta, ili hali hufanyi mazoezi wala hufanyi kazi yoyote ya shuruba. Unene ni dalili ya maradhi, jiepushe nao.
      Mzizimkavu unaweza kutumia limao na asali katika hili
      Lakini pia tuaangalie vyakula tunavyokula.
      Asubuhi unaamkia wali na maharage unashushia na chai ya maziwa ..au viazi vitamu na chai

      I think that all moms and dads, wasichana na wakaka should have tryn to this crazy thigs, yet very effective yaani

      Leo ningependa kuwapa siri yangu niliyoitumia kupunguza baadhi ya sehemu ya mwili wangu kupitia body wrap.

      BODY WRAP ni nini? - ni aina ya urembo utakao sababishia kupungua kwa vipimo vya mwili na kutakasika ngozi.

      Sasa basi body wrap mara nyingi hufanyika spa saloon au nyumbani ila mimi nitazungumzia jinsi ya kufanya nyumbani

      MAHITAJI:-

      -Epsom salt, Aloe vera liquid, plastic wrap, bandage na cellulite lotion na vitu vyote hivi vinapatikana pharmacy au supermarket

      ESSENTIAL OIL:- Juniper oil, lemon oil, vetiver and niaouli oil.

      MATAYALISHO:-

      -Chemsha maji vikombe 3 then yaipue
      -Add kikombe kimoja cha Epsom salt huku ukikologa
      -When salt is dissolve, add nusu kikombe cha aloe vela
      -Add ESSENTIAL OIL matone 3 kila moja
      Then changaya mchangayiko wako na uweke tayari kwa kujipaka.

      Sasa kabla ya kujipaka unatakiawa kutayalisha mwili wako au targeted area unazotaka zipungue,unatakiwa kufanya hivi:

      Oga vizuri kwa maji ya moto ili ku open poses za mwili na usitumie sabuni
      Anza wa kufanyia mwili massage au target area zako kwa kutumia Almond oil, hapa kuna angalizo mwanamke mfanyie massage mumeo angalau dk 20 usiache aende kufanyiwa saloon

      WAMAWAKE wengi wanatamani kuwa na matumbo madogo, lakini wengi hushindwa kufikia ndoto hiyo kutokana na sababu mbalimbali zikiwemo za uzazi na kupenda chakula.
      1. Uangalifu katika kula

      Epuka chakula chenye wanga, mafuta mengi na sukari. Badala yake unaweza kula matunda na mboga za majani. Vile vile samaki wa baharini si wabaya kwani hawana mafuta mengi.
      2. Namna ya kula

      Usiache kula kwani jambo hilo litakunyima nguvu, unatakiwa kula milo mitatu mpaka minne lakini kwa kiasi kidogo. Unatakiwa kukaa zaidi ya saa tatu kabla ya kula mlo mwingine.
      3. Mazoezi ya kawaida

      Sio lazima ufanye mazoezi makali kwa ajili ya kupunguza tumbo. Unaweza kufanya zoezi la kutembea badala ya kupanda basi, kama hufiki mbali sana. Kama unaweza kuogelea, unaweza kufanya hivyo mara kwa mara, hiyo pia itakusaidia.
      4. Zoezi maalum

      Kama unaweza kufanya zoezi la kulala chali na kukaa, 'abs exercise' unaweza kufanya kwa dakika chache kila siku. Hiyo itasaidia kukomaza misuli ya tumbo hivyo tumbo kutokulegea.
      5. Kunywa maji

      Maji yanasaidia mmeng'enyo wa chakula, hilo husaidia mtu kuwa na afya njema. Kwa kuwa mtu akiwa katika hatua za awali za kupunguza tumbo husikia njaa mara kwa mara, ni bora anywe maji badala ya kula.

      Dada zangu wanavyopenda kitimoto na bia kweli watafanikiwa. Watembee kwa miguu kwenda kanisani au kitchen party. watajulikanaje kwamba wana VITZ . yaani wanawake wa TZ waache kama walivyo. mvuto ni zero kabisa.
