What you need:
-A bunch of banana
-Powdered milk or fresh milk
-Fiber active Biscuit or any biscuit containing barley
-1/4 a teaspoon of sugar.
Slice the banana into the blender, break the barley containing biscuit into fragments, pour in the groundnut and powdered milk in with it. add the sugar. Pour small water (to assist easy blending). Put the blender in top speed.
After 60sec pour out your banana shake in a container, seal it and place in your freeze. Pls be patient don't finish everything before it get cold, you'll enjoy it more than.
NOTE: When using your fingers to bring out the very last shake from the blender to lick, pls be careful. Those blades are sharp. (Talking out of experience).
