      2007-2008 Season: Arsenal 3rd.

      Arsenal sold Henry for Barcelona at the end of the 2006-2007 season.

      2010-2011 Season: Arsenal 4th.
      2011-2012 Season: Arsenal 3rd.

      Arsenal sold both Fabregas and Nasri at the end of the 2010-2011 season. What I am trying to say here is Arsenal always manages to find a solution to losing big names from the club.
