Default E-voting without fraud - Tanzania tutaweza?

In this TED talk, David Bismark discusses how election procedures are verifiable and transparent if they are computer-based. He proposes a system “for the people, and by the people”.

I couldn’t help but think of Tanzania when I watched this. Many of the headlines we are currently reading about the elections involve claims of miscounts. David Bismark is proposing something that may seem obvious in theory, but which does not happen in practice. This is a solid entry point for youth who are thinking of working with the government in creating public-private partnerships which yield sustainable returns.
