Hivi kuna tatizo gani na ATM za NBC

1. Hazifanyagi kazi wk end kbs kuanzia jumamosi utazunguka mji mzima na bado hazifanyi kazi ukienda makao makuu ndio utakuta ATM 1 inafanya kazi na haichelewi kuisha fedha muda wowote.

2. Ukitaka kudeposit ni balaa kabisa wakati muingine ukifika banh hall/branch wanakwambia network hatuna IT wanashugulikia je wakikosa wateja bado watalaumu watu wa sales hawafanyi kazi zao?

3. ATM zao ni za VISA-unaweza mteja kutoka bank ingine anaweza kuwithdraw hela kwa ATM CARD ya bank ingine ila mteja wa NBC hawezi kutumia ATM card yake kwenye ATM machine za mabenki mengine kama CRDB etc.

Je hii ni haki-unahela kwenye a/c lakini huna access nayo hata kama una emergence ya mgonjwa? NBC BANK LTD-BADILIKINI. Slogani yenu inasema the Bank that is conviniently every where....is it true???
