Worse enough what would anyone from IMF, WB or supporters of Kikwete EPA recovery program said if that money would have gone to finance Al-Quaida and terrorism, drug dealing or illigal Arms trafficking?

For IMF and WB be comfortable with explanation from Kikwete, it means that Tanzanian government was fully involved in the scam no wonder there is calmness from Kikwete and so are the donor countires.

What happened with EPA money is corruption, Money Laundering and day light roberry.

Sad, sad, sad to hear that IMF is cool with it, and praising unethical process done by our government to prosecute the culprits!

JK ajue kuwa si hao IMF waliomweka madarakani ni sisi WaTz na hatujaridhika kabisa na jinsi anavyoshughulika na EPA.
