self employment could be vital in todays market than seeking employment

the difficulties come with acquirance of capital to mount business especially with poor Tanzanians

King Kan thatz true, I have tried to open businesses in various places but acquisition of capital is the major huddle. So far Banks give u a loan but u must have business which is running already.I invested in a a tourist lodge project(about 15,000USD)from my own sources and I needed 10,000 more to complete the project. My friend, I will never forget what i went thru, and it all ended up in frustrations. I believe many would like to be self-employed but 'financial capital' is a huddle to many.Thanks.

Of course what i have learn in my life time is possible to acquire capital but not in lumpsum.This need tolerance and time unless otherwise you will end in frustrations.

The main problem in self employemnt is how to raise the capital so as to attain your goals.I have the ambition of starting chicken farming but failed due to the same capital to invest.
