Default 45,000 vacants in IRAQ,Ugandans, there remmitance reaches $ 786 million last year

Ugandans have managed to streghthen there shilling by exporting there manpower ..this is a good news to other east african states, theres a rise in manpower demand in areas like IRAQ and AFRIGHANISTAN...we should not be afraid to go...
for instance IRAQ alone has 45,000 new vacants todate..they need solddiers ,since they are now incouraging private security firms..,doctors,nurses,teacher s ,social workers ets..guys!!! that is a good business idea to most of the learned guys here ..why not start RECRUITMENT AGENCY to link tanzanian to this opportunities...just see uganda with 5,000 personells in iraq mostly working as guard in private firms earning everage $ 1,000 and 1600 soldiers in somali posting home $ 400 / montyh ..AND other manpower in other areas..they are pumping into there economy $ 786 million per year..is that bad?

i am not sure if our country has any policy barring our retired brothers in FORCES to go for these jobs...as long as they go officially its even easy for our security organs to put eye on them..and for us tanzanian and east african in whole we should not be afraid to work in war torn areas.....JITOE LEO ILI WATOTO NA VIZAZI VYAKO WAISHI VEMA...ILI MRADI NI KAZI HALALI..azisheni makampuni ya kuwatafutia kazi watanzania wenzetu huku,..why die in poverty and despire...I salute our president for the opportunity of our brothers to serve in LEBANON..we need even if possible to have 10,000 of our forces to serve in UN missions[assume hapo kila askari mtanzania atalipwa na un dola 3,000 kwenye account yake nyumbani..tutakuwa tumeingiza kwenye mzunguko dola BILLIONI MOJA.hata kama hiyo pesa haitakuwa ya serikali itasaidia kuimarisha shillingi yetu..].,sasa kama hilo haliwezekani shangamkieni nafasi za kazi IRAQ,AFRIGHANISTAN,SOMALIA..SU DAN[DARFUR]ets ...GET RICH OR DIE TRYING...
I DONT KNOW IF BANK OF TANZANIA HAS ANY DATA OF REMMITANCES OF TANZANIANS WORKING ABROAD..AND THERE IMPACT IN OUR ECONOMY ..WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN INFORMED...

Kwa Dola Bilioni 1 mimi nitaenda, nitakuwa tayari kutumia dola milioni 500 kwa ajili ya ulinzi binafsi na kubakiwa na dola Mil 500 kama ujira. Sio income mbaya kabisa...!!!

On the serious note; Tanzania hatuna man power ya ku-export...so this idea is not for us. All the best Ugandans. What we need to do ni kufanya internal export from mijini with all proper resources and infrastructure to vijijini kuendeleza kilimo cha kisasa na uzalishaji mali.

Kifo hicho ndugu zangu. Uhai wako una thamani gani? Watasha wenyewe wanagopa kwenda huko. Si mlisikia mtoto wa Marehemu Diana alikuwa apelekwe huko lakini machela yakawacheza. Pesa tamu, lakini nn uhai pia ni mtamu.

na pesa haziwezi kurudisha Uhai sio?

Just found this and thought I'd share

Some of the Ugandans who went to Iraq to take up guard duties have written crying for their plight to be exposed.

They said, "Hi its Ugandans in Iraq seeking help. Your country mates the company SOC-SMG is treating us as slaves. They have reached at a point of charging the weapon to Ugandan they have reduced the salary to 800 dollars. Help us"

So Ugandans, hear your brothers cry. The story is that Kelen Kayonga, the sister to Jovia Saleh, the wife of General Salim Saleh has been involved in the programme of taking boys to Iraq as guards.

Kelen Kayonga eats money for those boys who go to Iraq. That clique of Jovia and Kelen have eaten a lot of money. The boys in Iraq were supposed to be paid 5,000 dollars a month, but they end up with only 800 dollars.

Askar Security Services Uganda is one of the companies which have been providing some employment opportunities to a number of youth to go and work in Iraq but their method of recruitment exposes a lot of psychological torture to Ugandans.

The military course that ordinarily takes 9 to 15 months is conducted in one month. But during this one month, their methods of training include canning, making people swim in sewage waters, rolling in mud while being whipped with a cane. It is more like torture, not training.

During the process some people faint and some are expelled. Currently over 500 youths both boys and girls and women are on training.

They claimed that it is a cadre course and during the course of training some District Internal Security Oirganisation officers and NRM people come politicking about how the Movement monopolises violence in all state institutions.

This is the company owned by Kelen Kayonga. Training is done everyday from 6:00am to 3:00pm in Mengo Sir Apollo Kagwa Primary school grounds.
Hating gets you no where, have a safe trip!
