Nimeshakutana na wasomi kila aina,lakini majority yao ni watu wasiokuwa na uwezo hata wa kuendesha maisha yao.Na nimeshakutana na watu wasiokuwa na elimu ya maana...lakini ni watu makini,wana uwezo wa kifedha,wanajiamini na wanaendesha shughuli zao vizuri.
Sasa labda hapa ni kutafuta sababu za hawa wasomi kuwa watu wa vitabu,data,laptop,kuendesha semina n.k lakini wakawa dhaifu inapofika suala la kutajirika,kuwa na mamlaka na kujiamini.
Mfano ni fundi viatu wa miaka ya sitini Said Salim Bakhressa maarufu kwa ice cream na bidhaa tofauti hapa nchini.AU hata Billy Gates..aliyekimbia shule akiwa grade 10...na sasa ni mmoja ya matajiri wakubwa duniani.List yao ni ndefu...kina Ford..n.k.
Je ni kitu gani cha ziada ambacho wasiokuwa na elimu ya juu...walichonacho hadi wakafanikiwa katika malengo yao,ambacho hakipatikani kwa wenye Phd..n.k?

What's a connection between "success and dream come true"..there is a guy who's dream was to write a book, he tried to put everything together and get his book done in 5years. After he was busy looking for a publisher, he finally succed to get one and his book was hitting printing press, when that book was our hitting book shelves he said he was a happiest man in earth and his mission was complited, that he can now die happy....... did this man succeded?.

I am searching as to why some people succeed in life while others don't.Why some businesses fail and others thrive?
People who have had just a few years of education are most successiful than many graduates out there! What make the laymen succeed in business which most of the graduates do not have?
This is the point of my discussion.It would assist most of us in finding out what makes a successiful person...
I think your whole notion that people who have less education succeed more is false. I don't think that idea is backed up by any facts, its a myth.

Haya sawa...the fact that he dropped out(call it leave of absence) from Harvard to start his business is exactly that made him what he is today.
It was a leave of absence according to Wikipedia.
Yes that's what made him what he is today, but dropping out is not the same as never going to Uni, a big part of the college experience is getting to know yourself and it really helps people figure out what it is they want to do with their lives. For me just my first few months at Uni was a huge eye opening experience.
Also he met Paul Allen at Harvard, co founder of Microsoft.

Mimi nafikiria mafanikio ya mtu kwanza kabisa yanapimwa na namna anavyoweza kukidhi mahitaji ya msingi kikamilifu. utakuwa umefanikiwa endapo mkono unaenda kinywani bila wasiwasi, watoto wanaenda shule bila mikwaruzo, ukiugua na familia yako uhakika wa matibabu ya maana upo, malazi safi na salama, usafiri na mavazi na mengine anayotakiwa kuwa nayo binadamu. zaidi ya hayo, mahusiano yako na jamii inayokuzunguka kama vile kushriki katika shida na raha bila kunata ni muhimu. na mwisho kwa maoni yangu, utakuwa umefanikiwa endapo utaweza kutumia uwezo wako ulionao kusaidia jamii yako kielimu, kiutamaduni, kifikra nk. lakini kujilimbikizia mali na kujiona mungu mtu katika jamii si mafanikio.

When you attain what you desire,this is the simplest defination.I think we both agree on this.
My concern is to find out what makes some people succeed in life and what other people lack which make them fail.
The founder of Ford Motors had no education.Can you tell me what made him successiful? Ford attained his goal and so many others like him.
In the lake Zone we have Kishimba,the Imalaseko superstar,Mwita Gachuma and many others who had only a few years or no schooling at all and yet they are big business owners.
What made them tick?Can anyone tell me?
