Job Title: Accounting Manager

Requirements: Holder of a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Studies or membership of an Internationally recognized professional accounting body. Strong analytical and accounting skills, Computer literacy, including experience in use of Microsoft office Word, Excel and Sage AccPac, Self starter and ability to work under minimum supervision to strict deadlines, Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal with all levels of the organization, At least ive years experience in a busy finance/accounting department or accounting firm.

Job Description: Producing the monthly and quarterly management accounts including cash-flow projections and ad hoc financial reports, Peparing the draft year end accounts for audit, annual budgets and assisting with budgetary control and working closely with external auditors to finalize them, Drafting and updating financial policies and procedures for management approval, Preparing the monthly payroll and benefits to staff, Maintaining the MDL Fixed Asset Register, Checking all accounting transactions to ensure integrity and proper recording, Reconciling all projects and bank accounts, Supervising Accounting Staff.
