Ana offer public service, halafu anai limit kiajabu ajabu.

Kwanza kabla hatujamshauri kitu ambacho kinaweza kuleta biashara ya hadaa (mtu anakwenda kwenye cafe akijua atapata mafaili yake, kuja kugundua kuna mi filter) tunataka tujue anafuata sheria kwa kuweka filter zitakazoziba mafaili? Ataweka notisi kubwa itakavyoyataja mafaili hayo kwenye mlango wa cafe yake ili kila aingiaye ajue?

Si tunampa ushauir kumbe tunachangia katika ugomvi utakaotokea hapo baadaye.

Ndiyo maana swali la kwanza likawa, is this even legal, sehemu nyingine hizi huduma ziko standard na ukileta uchujaji wako kama serikali ya China unaweza kuwa unakiuka anti-Orwellian laws.

But who am I kidding asking about the legality of this in the Wild West like cloud of Tanzanian cyberspace.

I guess anything goes, but for real, if the concern is cost, why not come up with a business plan that will address that?

You want to download large files, fine with me, here are my hourly rates and if you go over this much in downloads you will pay this much.

Of course for security reasons you can block .exe and .bat etc (Google is your friend, even the techies don't know all of these files and must resort to googling, or more precisely, searching)

So if you are looking for a security related strategy, search. After all new files are being flagged eevryday and the most accurate authority is not going to be some user, but a community of users dedicated to security.

If you are looking at a way to combat traffic, look at that as a business opportunity, not as a problem.
If you are not willing to help just shut up dont bring politics. Nadhani unajua high costs za bandwidth nchini mwetu. hii imefanya cafe nyingi zinshindwe biashara. Now i have a client ambaye namhudumia kama consultant kumpa ushauri afanye nini ili aweze ku survive.Iam looking this at business point of view.
