Kuna haja ya kuwakokota Kikwete na Pinda wakaone hali ya mabehewa hayo ili waseme kama yana hadhi ya kusafirisha binadamu na pia kama hao wahindi walistahili kuendelea na mkataba wa kuendesha TRC pamoja na kuonyesha hawana uwezo wa kifedha. Wameshasaini mkataba hakuna anayefuatilia kama TRC inakidhi mahitaji ya watumiaji wa usafiri huo na kama hao wahindi wanatimiza masharti waliyopewa.
