Lets be careful here what kungurumweupe said above is not totally true. Mtoto akiwa kwenye tumbo la uzazi anaweza kuambukizwa virusi vya ukimwi. Hii inategemea the stage of the mother disease, degree of immunodeficiency as indicated by levels of CD4 na mambo mengine. Ingawa the biggest proportion of children get infected during delivery. As an HIV expert I enjoy following up what is written in JF, but tusiende mbali sana tukadangaya umma, hasa kwenye jambo kama maambukuzi ya HIV.
